    Betgun Refusing To Pay

Some of you may have seen my problem on the SBR News Wire on 17 June 2016:

    http://www.sportsbookreview.com/spor...olation-73108/

I filed a complaint and heard back from SBR on 2nd July, stating that it was still investigating. I have heard nothing since. It looks as though Betgun doesn't have a license to operate in the UK and so I'm in the lap of the Gods as to whether it decides to pay out. It's not a life changing amount of money, but I'd sooner see it go to charity than have it stolen from me.

My account is break even at best. Those who play at Betgun will know that the limits are often quite low and there's a max bet specified on the slip, so it's understandable that I would have wagers of similar amounts to other player(s), as I often just bet the max allowed.

I don't really know where to go from here. Betgun seems to infer that I've placed wagers similar to another account(s), but my bets were on mainstream football, so I surely can't be the only one betting on the most popular sport in Europe! Any comments are welcome. I'm not sure what sort of turnaround one should expect from SBR and I'm aware that it can only do so much if Betgun isn't talking, but should I expect to have no reply to emails for weeks on end?

    Thanks for listening.

P.S. I'm aware that playing with D rated books has some risk attached, so comments like "Don't play with these books" might be fair, but are not overly helpful at this moment in time. Cheers.

There has been no response from them so far. We have followed up several times. Agent trying again today.

Thanks for the reply. I have since had an email from an SBR rep who has confirmed the above and that they are being unresponsive. It has been around 3 months since I requested my funds. My only hope is that they don't want the bad press for a relatively small sum of money and pay. Just thought I'd give other users a heads up in case they decide it's not worth the risk.

Betgun???? The name alone says you shouldn't play that....I have a better chance of getting paid from a person on the corner than them it sounds like

Thanks, I've tried that and they just ignore me on it.

I think that they have a reasonable track record of paying out and mainly target the Polish market. They've certainly been around for a long time and I've seen very little in the way of complaints about them. Do you have any evidence for your claim or is it just conjecture?

Betgun appears to be offline. Wondering if they have disappeared.

SBR has them listed as offline https://www.sportsbookreview.com/betting-sites/betgun/ but no news about what's going on from the book as yet.
