BetGun player accused of soccer betting violation
A BetGun Sportsbook (SBR rating D+) player has filed a complaint.
The player has had a betting account with BetGun for over four years and claimed to have played off and on throughout this period.
After requesting his first ever cash withdrawal from the online sportsbook, the player was asked to provide his ID documents to satisfy the Know Your Customer (KYC) process at the betting site.
His documents were approved normally, however after a week of not receiving his payout, he inquired on the status and was then questioned on why he has made similar wagers to another betting account.
BetGun Player: "I said that I had no knowledge of what another account had been betting on and that I simply placed my own wagers according to what I thought would win. My bets have been primarily on English Premier League, German Bundesliga, Spanish La Liga and other European football tournaments such as Champions League and Europa League, so I have hardly been betting on obscure markets."
The player was given no other information from the online sportsbook. He has volunteered to provide SBR a complete copy of his wagering history.
Sportsbook Review is investigating the complaint.
