And 75 percent of the population still doesn't 'get' Rush.
He is the political radio talk version of Howard Stern.
Like Stern (who I can not stomach) Rush knows 'what buttons to push' to create a buzz, albeit negative or positive.
Like Stern, Rush understands any publicity is good publicity, which is why he always pushes the envelope.
He loves it when liberals say "did you hear what that gas bag Rush said today....?" And the other liberal responds, "no, what did he say?"
And the next thing you know you got scores of liberals tuning in to that gas bag Rush just to listen to what he might say.
Which is why his numbers are through the roof, and the most listened to man on the radio.
He couldn't give a crap what you think of him, just as long as you listen to him, and looking at the Arbitron numbers, more people have been tuning into Rush than any other in the last 20 years.

Advertisers threaten to pull out, two more advertisers will buy that ad time.

Rush don't believe everything that comes out of his mouth, but as long as the liberal sheeple think it does, Rush will be king.
