Do you follow odds movement or ignore it?

sometimes i feel like watching odds move helps, other times it just overcomplicates things
hard to tell if it’s useful info or just noise in the moment

do you guys actively follow movement or mostly ignore it and stick to your read?

I followed odds movement off-and-on for over 20 years. Never could get the hang of it enough to make it worthwhile.

It really depends on the sport. The NFL gives you 16 games and 6 days to follow line movements. In MLB , CBB ,CFB and especially soccer , too many games daily to find enough time. On those sports you cap and wager on that.

Just started watching odds in CBB the last 2 years and did very well.Did better with money coming in on the dogs.Would only play a team if they came down a point or 2 and it worked.We will see if i can do it 3 years in a row this November.It did not work in the Torny though.

Absolutely. A sharp line move from Pinnacle can tell you a lot, but only if you know how to interpret it. Blindly following every move isn't enough. The real value comes from understanding why the market is moving.

The only time I watch line movement is in the NBA when a star is going to be sitting out and the line moves several points. The art is to try to guess if the line movement is going to happen before it happens and bet the match better line beforehand.
