BUT what if Person A is defending a fraud company (www.sportsbook.com) for no reason.

Furthermore, what if Person B understands that in search relevancy, the more exchanges or backlinks, on a term/post/discussion, equates to more credibility and therefore a higher search result? This is EXACTLY Person B's rationale from the beginning.

In sum: Person A, without cause, calls Person B a "douchebag". Person B then plays Person A like a fiddle to make a 'sportsbook.com' search result have this exchange more and more likely to show up.

So, here's the question: "Who's the douchebag?"

Thank you "Sportsbook.com SprayBoy" for making my charge all the easier.

I play at pinnacle (hence the sbr pro status)...I just dislike idiots preaching crap. Why don't you resort to something like "go to hell"? It worked so well last time and was classy, right? And sir, it's not "without cause" it's with cause: after reading your link and reading how you act/write, I surmise you are a douchebag.

I'm fairly new to the on-line gaming thing. I live near Cancun Mexico and there are plenty of sportbooks and casinos (no table games that I know of) in this area. Last year I was watching the point spread on several NFL game and liked the Vegas one much better then the local. Plus half the time the local books won't even offer a line on some games. So I opened an account at Sportsbook.com. They had a 100% match up to $100 (had to roll over the bonus amount some thing like 10-20x, meh no problem I can do that playing blackjack while waiting for the NFL season to start. I made two wagers on MLB, something i don't usually bet, won one lost the other. The one I won I did so by checking the wrong box. Spent the ninth inning rooting for a team I bet against to get just two more runs. Pretty comical actually. Was a little shocked when I check to see my balance and found out I won. Anyway no more MLB for me. I set out at roll over the $100 bonus in their Black Jack games. Within a week or two I found myself up a little over $600 with a bal of $830, covered the roll over req. and decided to take a couple hundred out. I was told We can't transfer there, we can't send a check there, we need more documents from you blah, blah blah. In my opinion all just stall tactics. Over a a few hundred bucks? One day I came in from the pool and started playing BJ. Seemed like I was losing every hand. Meh, everyone goes through down turns. I set my bet to $1 instead of $5 and played on. I played hand after hand losing at least 90%. I glanced over to see my balance, really didn't want it to drop below $500. It was just over $200, WTF!?! I looked at the table setting and found my bet had ben upped to $75 a hand. There's no way I changed it to that. I called them on the phone and they said it was impossible for the system to change my bet. OK, not going to aurgue with you just send me my $200 and close my account. I can't remember what every excuse was but it was clear they had no intentions of paying me off.

They are a scam outfit in my opinion and I wouldn't trust them with .02 if they offered a 1000% match. I think they should be blacklisted.

I just think people should be warned. Maybe some folks have had a good SB.com experience, I can't speak to that I can only speak to my experience. I'm 48 and I've been gambling since I was in college. It's a hobby, I've never lost more then 1k on any profesional sports season and other then a few quarters in a slot machine or video poker at a bar in Vegas while watching a game or eating- black jack is my game. I can tell you there's no way I upped my bet to $75 a hand while on a massive losing streak. I'm usually a $5-$10 and sometimes when on a roll $25 a hand type guy. Only time I can remember betting $75 or $100 a hand was in Reno once when it I was rolling and just couldn't seem to lose. That was one time 10-15 years ago and I think I walked away with close to 5K. That's one of very few times over many years other then while on a sports gambling trip (superbowl, final four etc...) I left Reno or Vegas up any real money.

I can also tell you they had no intentions of paying me. They had my FM3 (Mexican residency V*isa) my US passport, all my bank info and still kept asking for more documents. It really became comical. I'm very glad I only banked $100 with them to begin with but kind of bummed I had it up to $830. Oh well live and learn.

One good thing is...if you ever have a dispute with a non-advertising book, SBR will go to bat for you.

If the reverse is true, well, you basically have zero chance in any dispute.

You really don't have a clue about this book my friend. I know how the wagering department used to act regarding winners. If you have money there, RUN.

That goes for everyone, WHY WOULD YOU PLAY AT A WOEFUL BOOK THAT HAS A VERY HIGH RISK TO YOUR FUNDS? THEY DON'T OFFER ANYTHING SPECIAL.

I don't actually live in Cancun. I wanted beach front and beach front in Cancun is crazy money and no longer has any sand. The closest large city to me is Merida which is the capital of the state of Yucatan. The books there vary greatly and it's all, obviously, done in pesos. Some books will take really high bets like 50,000K or about 400K USD. Others top out at 10,000K or 1K USD. They vary on the max, the min (some will take a 2.50 USD bet... why?) and they vary on the odds too. Last year I manged to middle for the first time ever. One book had GB favored by 5pts and another by 2pts. I bet them both and GB beat the Vikings by 4pts. I didn't win much, like a total of 250 SD. Still felt good.

This is coming from a long time sportsbook.com (or sportsbook.ag) user. To put in plain site, i mostly lost on here which is my problem. but

i only withdrew 2 times, one recently, that was purposely done as a guaranteed SCAM.! Now to explain. I recently about 3 weeks ago PUT

IN a withdrawl for about 350 dollars by check (2nd time withdrawing) for a free withdrawl. The check comes 3 weeks later from withdraw,

then i come to look at the check and its for $279.75 (the wrong amount) I talk to chat on sportsbook and they tell me that's what i asked

for. (LIE) I was sent the wrong amount of money AND ALSO i come to look at my check and my middle initial is changed from an E to an L

on the check. Then to just further investigate, i checked my info details for sending checks and THEY CHANGED my middle initial to an L.

Now how in the hell would i put an L for my middle initial when it is an E??????????? THE E IS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE KEYBOARD!!

GET OUT FROM THAT COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM COMPANY! anyone can email me at philstodd84@gmail.com for any questions, and maybe

even talk on the phone for even more proof. Im willing to do it for anyone!!! This makes me extremely mad

I hate this book. It is akin to googling "porn" and then using "pornsite.com" for your needs.

I know for a fact I had a few bucks left on my account on this site from when I was in undergrad. Wasn't and isn't worth the effort to try and remember my account credentials.

I'd grade these assclowns an F-.

That said, I have a friend from undergrad who uses this book still, and for some unknown reason he gets $8 added to his account randomly about 2 to 3 times a month.

    Sportsbook.com is Garbage

When I first got into gambling Sportsbook.com was the first site I tried. I haven't been on there since 2002, so many of these complaints may be out dated since they may have changed their policies (but I doubt it). For starters, the only way you can make a deposit is by *********** which I am completely against. I for one do not want to leave a hard copy paper trail, and if Target's terminals can be hacked, I certainly don't feel safe about a company's website that's as shoddy as sportsbook.com. Two, they are terrible when it comes to payouts. I recall having to jump through so many hoops just to get a check sent to me, only for when I had to cash it no bank would honor it. I remember driving all over town, taking the check to a dozen different banks including my own, and because of previous bounced checks from their check supplier (which I think was Net Teller) no bank or check cashing company was willing to cash the check which was for $1200. I eventually ended up just sending the check back to them and they sent me another check from a different supplier 2 weeks later, and this check my bank would cash but the headaches of it all just made it not worth it.

After hearing a radio commercial on the Howard Stern Show about Youwager.com I decided to give them a try. I figured whether you like Howard Stern or not, the Man is a billionaire, and he would definitely not put his name on something that was a sham. I have been on youwager.com a little over ten years now and I don't have single bad thing to say about them. You can make a deposit through ** or **, and they offer same day payouts through the same service (limit one per week) as long as you request the payout before 12 pm eastern time. I have made hundreds of withdrawals through **/** and have never had hiccup. So if you're thinking of picking a sportsbook, I would highly recommend youwager.com. A+++ rating from me..

First, Howard Stern is not a billionaire. Second, if you base your investments and purchasing decisions on the worth of the celebrities who are paid to endorse them you'll likely be waving good-bye to more money than if you just forgot who's plugging what and investigated your options yourself. Sean Hannity and Glenn Beck, both wealthy men, were still hawking Goldline to their viewers even after a court ordered Goldline stop their scam regarding over prices coins and repay restitution to their victims. Third, you're probably completely correct in Sportsbook dot com being nothing short of a complete rip-off.

Lastly what's with the resurrection of this old thread? Is it simply an attempt to promote youwager dot com?

Thay have sucked me in for small deposits with promo's i've actually won $3000 before playing their casino from a $100 deposit and and $100 match bet on blackjack but it's bittersweet becuase I know it'll take weeks if not months to see any money. So i bet more and lose. If i were playing youwager,5dimes,wagerweb and many others i could have cash in hand the next day. I think they have players whipped mentally with their payout timeframes.

Look at 12 weeks for and payment, and if the $ is good you're lucky. Most banks are going to look at a check coming from Webmartz LTD in Mississauga, Ontario and W.D.S Collectables Inc. Quebec a lil sideways to begin with.

Somewhat defensive are ya? I'm am not affiliated with you wager dot com in any form other than being a gambler. Since SBR seems to have every sport book listed on here EXCEPT you wager dot com I figured the least I could do is spread the word about how good of a site it is. I saw an advertisement for sports book dot com on vegas insider dot com and it brought up some old memories. I then googled reviews/complaints for sportsbook dot com and it brought me to this website. Thought this website was cool so I signed up. My post is just my contribution to the forum, for others who are looking for a legitimate sport book to wager on. Hopefully it will save some people the troubles of going though the same experience I went through. That is all, nothing more, nothing less. And I am so sorry for calling Howard Stern a billionaire, like that makes any diff whatsoever. Just looked up his net worth and it is at $500 million plus an annual salary or $95 million. So sorry for the huge ignorant mix up..

This is very interesting. I just got my *********** statement on a card that I no longer use on their site and there were over $10,000 charges from their various "merchants" that charge your card. I called Sportsbook only to have a manager tell me that I made these charges and that they came from my IP address. I am currently disputing the charges with my *********** company. They have 2 billing cycles to come to some sort of resolution. Sportsbook is certainly shady and have wrongfully billed me for over $10,000...that's just ridiculous.
