Liverpool has awoken, ending a slump that featured the team losing six of seven matches in all competitions. However, the Reds haven't halted their malaise in enemy territory yet, losing four of the previous five and three straight in the top flight.
Against any other team, excluding Arsenal, I'd back Liverpool to stop the rot on the road. But not against an in-form Man City side that's won six on the bounce in all competitions at Etihad Stadium. City's only defeat in five Premier League encounters at home came against Tottenham in the opener on Aug. 23.
They've outscored opponents 13-1 in the Premier League and 20-3 in all competitions since then. Pep Guardiola's side has also won consecutive matches against the Reds at home, outscoring them 6-1.
That's more than enough to back City for a third successive victory over Arne Slot's side. Caesars, DraftKings, and BetMGM offer the standard juice of -110, and a winning $10 bet would profit $9.09.

The price is comparatively decent, with the -139 odds at bet365 offering the top value among the best sports betting sites. Those odds imply a 58.16% probability, and a winning $10 bet would profit $7.19.
