Harry Kane 5+ shots (-110) vs. Panama
Kane only managed three shots against Ghana. However, I'm not going to overreact to that performance. Against Croatia, he had seven shots, and during World Cup qualifying, he put up at least five shots in three of his eight games, recording four twice during that span.
While Panama has only allowed 14 shots this tournament, that's more to do with the style of play of Ghana and Croatia. England has 39 shots, and I expect similar aggressiveness in a game England needs to win to win the group.
💵 SBR Edge: Kane is relentless
Despite only playing two games, Kane still ranks 13th at the World Cup in expected goals. Eight of the players in front of him have already played their third matches. Kane has gotten to that point by constantly shooting. His 10 shots are tied for the 10th-most at the World Cup. Five of the players ranked ahead of him have played three games.

Harry Kane 3+ shots on target (+190) vs. Panama
Even in his rough performance against Ghana, Kane still managed to put one shot on target. He now has four shots on target after putting three on net against Croatia.
During World Cup qualifying, Kane put multiple shots on target in five of his eight games. While he only reached three shots on goal in two of those matches, the price of +190 accounts for that.
While two shots on target is a safer bet, the price is at least -160 at every major sportsbook. Even if I don't think the match against Ghana is indicative of what Kane will do here, that's a bad price after a game with just one shot on target.
Harry Kane first goalscorer (+235)
Against Croatia, Kane scored just 12 minutes into the game. Though he didn't score against Ghana, he still ended with 0.47 expected goals, more than double the expected goals of any other England player.
Panama is yet to score at this World Cup, so I'd be shocked if the first goalscorer in this match isn't from England, and Kane is the most likely option.
Kane to score is priced at -185. While I agree that it's likely he scores, Panama's defense has only allowed two goals at this World Cup. There's really no value in backing Kane to score unless it's as the first goalscorer or scoring multiple goals. But I could see this being a 1-0 game.
