🚨 Brad Marchand Under 1.5 shots (-140) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I expect Thursday's game script to favor the Hurricanes, which should lead to a low shot total for a Panthers team that struggled to muster many open looks in Game 1.

Marchand usually looks to pass first, partly because of his slower-than-molasses release. The Hurricanes are an excellent shot suppression team on home ice, and Marchand hit the Under in eight of the previous 10.

🚨 Jackson Blake Over 1.5 shots (-135) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Blake has been a profitable pick recently, with the Hurricanes role player firing at least two shots on goal in seven of the previous nine games. He's also productive against the Cats, hitting the Over in four of the last five meetings. His Over aligns with the high-shot total I envision for the desperate home team.

🚨 Andrei Svechnikov Over 2.5 shots (-130) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've got a bone to pick with Svechnikov, whose lack of shot production in Game 1 was the only thing that prevented my Game 1 five-leg SGP from hitting. I'm giving the 25-year-old a shot at redemption. Hopefully, he makes it three shots to redeem himself fully. Svechnikov hit the Over in six of the previous eight games.

🚨 Seth Jarvis Over 0.5 points (-180) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jarvis is quickly becoming a reliable point-per-game guy in the postseason, with at least one point in each of the previous five and nine of 10. He's also picked up three points in the last two head-to-heads against the Panthers. I predict the Hurricanes will win Game 2, which should facilitate more chances for Jarvis to pick up his customary point.

🚨 Sam Bennett Over 0.5 points (-105) ⭐⭐⭐

Bennett was easily the Panthers' best player in the opener, aside from Conn Smythe Trophy odds contender Sergei Bobrovsky, of course. He had five shots on goal and potted one. I went back and forth between his point and shot prop but eventually settled on the former due to my expectation of a low-shot volume performance from the Panthers in Game 2.
