One of the individuals in my NHL player props for tonight's game is not like the others.

Of the four featured players, including Jason Robertson, Connor McDavid, Cole Caufield, and Rasmus Andersson, can you guess who? The latest addition to the Vegas Golden Knights has finally found his footing in Sin City, and I expect the only blueliner in this four-pack to get on the scoresheet.

My goal-scorer pick of the day foresees Caufield scoring his 50th. It's time for him to put up or shut up, like he asked fans in attendance at the Bell Centre to do in the previous game.

💰 Best NHL player prop bet today

Jason Robertson Over 1.5 points (+120) vs. Flames

Robertson has just one two-point outing in the previous four encounters, but he extinguishes flames better than the most seasoned firefighter.

The Dallas Stars' leading scorer accumulated 10 points in the last five games against the Calgary Flames, notching two each time. The Flames, meanwhile, were poor defensively in the last three road games, allowing 18 goals.

They would have conceded more than three against Anaheim had it not been for Devin Cooley's play between the pipes. It's important for the Stars, who've lost six of the previous nine, to finish strong, which should be the catalyst for a solid home display.

🔥 More NHL player prop picks

Cole Caufield anytime goal (+100) vs. Panthers

The media is blowing this situation way out of proportion. Caufield has 49 goals, but it's not a distraction for the team. His teammates always feed him as if their lives depend on it. Because, well, they do.

And he usually answers the bell, netting 12 goals in the last 13 games. That's the most of any skater since March 14. He didn't light the lamp in the last two games, but had the most expected goals against the New Jersey Devils on Sunday.

And he's playing a Florida Panthers team that has long since been eliminated from the playoffs with a chance to gain parity with the Tampa Bay Lightning and Buffalo Sabres atop the Atlantic Division. That's a perfect recipe for a milestone goal.

Rasmus Andersson Over 0.5 points (+120) at Canucks

Andersson is finally adapting to life in Sin City, and it shows in his play. The former Flame has a point in four straight, including each game since John Tortorella became head coach.

The Vegas Golden Knights scored at least four goals in the last four games, and they're facing a Vancouver Canucks team that has given up defensively, conceding 5.22 goals per game since March 19.

Connor McDavid Over 1.5 points (+100) at Mammoth

McDavid, the Hart Trophy odds contender, is fighting another Art Ross Trophy. He is also trying to propel the Edmonton Oilers to first place in the Pacific Division, all without Leon Draisaitl.

That combination is conducive to another multipoint McDavid outing. No. 97 hasn't played a game against the Utah Mammoth without scoring at least two points, with 11 in five meetings.

For the Oilers to finish on top of the division, McDavid must produce as he has for most of the season.

💡 How I'm betting NHL player props today

Follow all of our NHL analysis and expert predictions this season.

As the circumstances called for it, I selected three goal-scorer props for Monday's action. One hit, with Jake Guentzel lighting the lamp. I've gone back to my tried-and-tested strategy for tonight's games, selecting three assist and points props, with one goal-scorer play sprinkled in.

I'm confident in every pick, which is why I've invested a full unit ($10) on each.
