Best Flames vs. Blues Player Props Tonight: NHL Prop Bet Picks for Nov. 11

Matt Coronato and the Flames have a chance to break out versus the struggling Blues.

The Calgary Flames have been blanked in two consecutive games, but my Flames vs. Blues player props project that drought to end tonight.

My NHL best bets for tonight include an anytime goal from Calgary’s Matt Coronato (+300) and more heavy shot volume from teammate Nazem Kadri. I’m also backing the Blues’ Jordan Kyrou to deliver a second strong performance after being benched last week. The Blues are a -148 betting favorite over the Flames tonight, with puck drop from Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Mo., set for 8 p.m. ET (ESPN+).

💵 Best Flames vs. Blues player prop bets

  • Nazem Kadri player prop: Over 2.5 shots (-175 via DraftKings) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
  • Jordan Kyrou player prop: Over 0.5 points (-125 via BetMGM) ⭐⭐⭐
  • Matt Coronato player prop: Anytime goal scorer (+300 via FanDuel) ⭐⭐

💰 Best Flames vs. Blues player props

⬆️ Nazem Kadri player prop: Over 2.5 shots (-175) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

On a team that ranks last in the NHL with 2.06 goals per game, Kadri has been the one constant when it comes to generating chances in the offensive zone.

In addition to pacing the Flames with seven assists and 11 points, Kadri has fired at least three shots on net in 11 of Calgary’s last 12 games, and at least four in five of the Flames’ last eight. He has also attempted at least six shots in eight of his last nine, including eight attempts in Sunday’s 2-0 loss at the Minnesota Wild.

DraftKings’ -175 odds return $5.71 in profit on a $10 bet, but Kadri going over this low shot total once again could also make for a strong parlay leg. The -175 odds imply a 63.64% probability.

Our Gary Pearson features another shots prop in his NHL player prop picks tonight.

⬆️ Jordan Kyrou player prop: Over 0.5 points (-125) ⭐⭐⭐

After being a healthy scratch last week at the Buffalo Sabres, Kyrou responded by snapping a four-game pointless streak with a goal and a season-high four shots on Saturday against the Seattle Kraken.

He is also tied for the team lead in points and one behind Jake Neighbours for the most goals on the Blues. Prior to his four-game drought, Kyrou had rattled off an eight-game point streak, and he has recorded at least three shots on net in six of his eight outings.

BetMGM is one of the best sports betting sites offering -125 odds on Kyrou to record at least a point tonight, implying a 55.56% probability. A $10 bet can net an $8 profit.

🥅 Best Flames vs. Blues anytime goal scorer prediction

🔥 Matt Coronato (+300) ⭐⭐

With just three goals so far, Coronato has yet to live up to his lofty preseason expectations.

However, he is showing signs of finally breaking out, attempting 20 shots over Calgary’s last two games and hitting the net a whopping 11 times Friday against the Chicago Blackhawks - accounting for one-third of the Flames’ shot total that night. Coronato has also logged season-high minutes of ice time in the last two games, and he continues to see power-play time as well.

Coronato’s anytime goal odds have shortened slightly from the +330 opener at FanDuel, but I still see value at the +300 price that was available Tuesday morning. Those odds suggest just a 25% chance that Coronato finds the net tonight, with the opportunity to profit $30 on a $10 bet.
