It's gotten to the point where I will back Nathan MacKinnon to score at any plus-money odds. At the halfway mark of the campaign, the Hart Trophy odds favorite is on pace for the NHL's first 70-goal season since 1992-93.
The Lightning back end isn't entering in the best form, either, with at least three goals allowed in four straight games. A devastating offense spearheaded by MacKinnon can certainly take advantage of that against Tampa Bay on Tuesday.

Sam Reinhart's stick continues to keep the Panthers afloat amid an up-and-down season for the two-time defending Stanley Cup champions.
Reinhart has four goals across his last four games and scored the only goal in Florida's previous 4-1 loss to the Maple Leafs earlier this season.

Only Connor McDavid has more expected goals over the last 20 games than Zach Hyman, according to MoneyPuck.
Given the odds difference at bet365 between a McDavid goal (+120) and a Hyman goal (+170) - with an extra $5 of potential profit on a $10 bet - I'm backing the latter.
Hyman has scored in four of his last six appearances entering Tuesday's matchup against the Predators, who allow the eighth-most goals against per game.
