• Location: Huntington Bank Field (Cleveland)
• Forecast: 28 degrees, cloudy and windy
• Wind: 15 mph SW

Betting + fantasy impact: Fade the passing game in this one, with projected wind gusts up to 28 mph. All eyes are on Myles Garrett as he chases the single-season sack record. • Location: Nissan Stadium (Nashville)
• Forecast: 48 degrees, partly cloudy
• Wind: 8 mph SE

Betting + fantasy impact: There's only a slight chance of rain in Nashville as of midweek. The Chiefs will miss the playoffs for the first time in the Patrick Mahomes era and will be without him this weekend. The Titans have their shortest moneyline odds (+155) of the entire season. • Forecast: 38 degrees, 14% chance of snow
• Wind: 9 mph SW

Betting + fantasy impact: It will be cold but likely snow-free for this NFC matchup. Start J.J. McCarthy if he's on your fantasy roster. He's impressed in back-to-back weeks and now faces a Giants defense allowing the second-most fantasy points to quarterbacks.

• Forecast: 59 degrees, clear
• Wind: 6 mph SW

Betting + fantasy impact: We're expecting a mild afternoon in Carolina. This is the first of two Bucs-Panthers matchups over the next three weeks to decide the NFC South. Tampa Bay has won nine of the last 10 head-to-head meetings with their division rival. Weather shouldn't be an issue for Phil Wood's Buccaneers vs. Panthers player props.

• Location: Hard Rock Stadium (Miami Gardens, Fla.)
• Forecast: 81 degrees, partly cloudy
• Wind: 7 mph NE

Betting + fantasy impact: Miami will be warm for this battle between eliminated AFC clubs. This profiles as a great spot for De'Von Achane, as Cincinnati ranks dead last in fantasy points allowed to running backs. I offer my Bengals vs. Dolphins player props.

• Forecast: 48 degrees, partly cloudy

Betting + fantasy impact: Weather isn't expected to play much of a role here. The Jaguars and Broncos carry five and 11-game winning streaks into this week, respectively. I'm eyeing the Under on 45.5 points, though, as this matchup features two top-10 scoring defenses.

• Location: M&T Bank Stadium (Baltimore)
• Forecast: 35 degrees, 12% chance of snow
• Wind: 11 mph NW

Betting + fantasy impact: It's going to be chilly in Baltimore for Sunday Night Football. The Patriots, favored by 3 points coming off last week's loss to the Bills, haven't lost two straight games all season. Phil Wood has his Patriots vs. Ravens player props for this cold-weather game.
