Our Vikings vs. Bears parlay picks and predictions for Monday Night Football suggest backing the Under, as well as Aaron Jones' and Colston Loveland's receptions props.

It’s a prime-time NFC North clash as my Vikings vs. Bears parlay picks and predictions stay away from proclamations on either second-year quarterback, opting instead to lean into their pass-catchers on Monday Night Football.

As part of our NFL predictions for Week 1, my MNF parlay rides with the receiving chops of veteran running back Aaron Jones and rookie tight end Colston Loveland in a game that may otherwise underwhelm in the scoring department.

The Vikings are a 1.5-point betting favorite as tonight's game kicks off at 8:15 p.m. ET (ABC/ESPN) from Soldier Field in Chicago.

Our NFL picks for this matchup combine for a three-leg parlay with odds of +500 from DraftKings.

💰 Best Monday Night Football SGP bets

Here are my favorite Vikings vs. Bears picks based on the best Monday Night Football odds for the full parlay.

🚀 Under 43.5 (-110) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Only two NFL teams had a higher rate of Unders hitting last season than the Bears (10-of-17) and the Vikings (11-of-18). Although both head coaches in Monday’s matchup come in with considerable pedigree on the offensive side of the ball, these two offenses combined to average just 42.7 points per game a year ago.

Two young quarterbacks squaring off could mean a more conservative approach to the coaching tendencies to open the season against a rival. Chicago ranked third in the NFL last year in red-zone defense, allowing a touchdown only 46.03% of the time that its opponents passed the 20-yard line.

🚀 Aaron Jones 3+ receptions (-125) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

In his final season at Michigan, JJ McCarthy distributed 50 of his 240 completions to running backs. After catching just 11 balls last season, newcomer Jordan Mason shouldn’t account for much of the receiving workload out of the Minnesota backfield.

That means despite welcoming that competition into the backfield in the form of Mason, there shouldn’t be much that changes about Jones’ pass-catching role. He hauled in 51 receptions last season while logging three or more receptions in 11 of his 17 games played.

🚀 Colston Loveland 3+ receptions (-164) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Although I’m expecting the Bears to feature plenty of snaps for Cole Kmet in addition to Colston Loveland’s introduction to the offense at tight end, it would be surprising not to see the rookie get plenty of looks from Caleb Williams in the opener.

This line feels attainable for a player that Ben Johnson’s regime handpicked with the 10th pick in the draft, while serving the dual benefit of providing an odds-boosting angle in conjunction with our game total Under bet within the SGP.

Minnesota was a manageable matchup for opposing tight ends last season as the Vikings permitted 88 receptions to the position.

❓NFL parlay betting FAQs

What is a parlay bet in the NFL?

A parlay combines multiple bets (spreads, totals, props, or moneylines) into one wager, with all selections needing to win for the bet to cash. Parlays are popular in the NFL betting because they offer bigger payouts.

How do NFL parlay odds work?

Parlay odds are calculated by multiplying the odds of each individual selection, which increases both the potential payout and the risk. The more legs you add, the higher the reward but the lower the probability of winning.

Are parlays a smart betting strategy for the NFL?

Parlays can be fun for chasing large payouts but are harder to win consistently. Many sharp bettors prefer single-game wagers, but NFL parlay bets can add excitement when used responsibly.
