After scoring a +500 SGP hit on Sunday night, we’re hoping this Texans vs. Seahawks same game parlay helps us to cash on back-to-back days.
My NFL picks for this MNF parlay dive into the involvement of Houston running back Woody Marks, who should enjoy success through the air. The action for Texans vs. Seahawks kicks off from Lumen Field in Seattle at 10 p.m. ET (ESPN). The Seahawks are 3-point betting favorites.

💰 Best Monday Night Football parlay picks
Here are my favorite Texans vs. Seahawks picks based on the best Monday Night Football odds for the full parlay.
🚀 Woody Marks Under 29.5 rushing yards (-112) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Regarding the backfield opportunities between Nick Chubb and Marks, the latter has been placed firmly in the receiving-back category.
Outside of an outlier positive game script during a 26-0 win over Tennessee, Marks is averaging just 4.75 rushing attempts per game and hasn't cleared a 29.5-yard rushing total in any of the four contests.
Seattle allows just 79.0 rushing yards per game (third-fewest in the NFL) and 3.3 yards per carry (second best). Marks is producing just 3.8 yards per attempt.
🚀 Woody Marks Over 15.5 receiving yards (-112) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
I’m still looking for Marks to make an impact on Monday night. That’s because the matchup against Seattle is favorable for receiving backs to show their skills, as Sean Tomlinson also noted in his first touchdown scorer predictions for Monday Night Football.
The Seahawks have permitted 57.3 receiving yards per game to running backs, an NFL worst. Seven different running backs have cleared 15.5 receiving yards against Seattle across six games this season.
Though Marks has only gone over this receiving line in two of his four games as a part of the offense, he’s been given a consistent snap share in that span.
🚀 Tory Horton Over 18.5 receiving yards (-112) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Puka Nacua is the only receiver to clear 75+ receiving yards against the Texans this season, so I just can't get behind Jaxon Smith-Njigba going Over 86.5 receiving yards despite his recent dominance.
I don't have the guts to fade JSN, either. But with the Seahawks favored (-3, and Phil Wood is taking Houston to cover in his Texans vs. Seahawks prediction), other receivers are bound to produce if Derek Stingley Jr. shadows Smith-Njigba. I'm calling my shot on Tory Horton, whose prop we're getting at just 18.5 receiving yards on FanDuel following a catch-less game in Week 6.
Horton had cleared this line in three of his last four games before the Jaguars shut him down.
