Seahawks vs. Titans Player Props: Best Bets & TD Picks for NFL Week 12

One of the league’s best road teams faces the NFL’s worst home team as I break down my Seahawks vs. Titans player props. Seattle is as high as a 13.5-point betting favorite as it looks to start a new road winning streak (it just had a franchise-best 10-game road winning streak snapped) against a Tennessee team that has lost nine straight at home.

Kickoff for this matchup is set for 1 p.m. ET on Sunday from Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tenn. (FOX). 

My NFL Week 12 predictions expect the Seahawks' coaching staff to work to get Sam Darnold’s confidence up after a turnover-filled game last week, while a Titans pass-catcher should add to his team lead in a certain statistic.

⬇️ Sam Darnold player prop: Under 28.5 pass attempts (-110) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold had all the momentum he had built this season stopped dead in its tracks last week, as he turned in his third career game with four-plus interceptions.

Seattle was always one of the most run-heavy teams in the league but will likely get back to that ground-and-pound approach to slowly build up Darnold’s confidence. 

Darnold completed just five of 11 passes for 34 yards and three interceptions when pressured last week (he was pressured on 27% of dropbacks). While Tennessee’s pass rush is nowhere near as feared as the Rams’, a more run-heavy attack combined with the likelihood of a game script not needing Seattle to throw makes this wager a great value play.

The Seahawks have won four games by double-digits, and Darnold has stayed Under this projected total in three of them.  

The Under is juiced as high as -138 at 57.98% implied odds at the opposite end of the market, making the standard -110 juice through BetMGM the best return. A $10 winning wager would net $9.09 in profits.

⬆️ Chig Okonkwo player prop: Over 2.5 receptions (-135) ⭐⭐⭐

Titans tight end Chig Okonkwo leads the team in receptions and receiving yards. While the Over on his 22.5 receiving yards at less steep -115 odds are appealing, I am drawn more to his receptions total given that Tennessee is one of the heaviest pass offenses in the league. 

Cam Ward has been sacked an NFL-high 41 times, and Seattle’s fierce pass rush that entered last week with the third-highest pressure rate in the NFL should force the ball out of Ward’s hand quickly.

Okonkwo has three-plus receptions in two of the last three games and four of the previous six. That makes the -135 price at 57.45% implied odds worth a $10 wager in the hopes of returning $7.41 in profits.

🔥 Kenneth Walker III TD pick: Anytime touchdown scorer (+135) ⭐⭐⭐

Kenneth Walker III is coming off a game with his first goal-line rushing touchdown since Week 3. But Walker has seen several more opportunities of late, following up a season-low 10 carries in back-to-back games with at least 14 rushing attempts in three of the last four.

Walker faces a Titans defense that has allowed the third-most touchdowns to running backs (14) and the second-most rushing touchdowns overall (15). But Walker’s versatility is the biggest reason for making him my best Seahawks vs. Titans touchdown scorer bet, as he has six receptions in the last three games after recording five total in the previous six. 

There is a sizable difference between the +135 anytime touchdown odds at FanDuel and the +100 odds at the low end of the market. If Walker scores a touchdown, a $10 winning wager at FanDuel would net $3.50 more in profits compared to the market’s shortest odds ($13.50 vs. $10).
