Much of the Ravens' ability to cover the spread on the road will depend on whether Jackson plays. While that's still to be determined, I believe he'll be ready to go. 

The Ravens are 7-3 over the last 10 games, compared to the Steelers' subpar 5-7 mark in the previous 12. Even with DK Metcalf, the Steelers are ranked 23rd in passing DVOA.

Aaron Rodgers will have a palpable absence of deep threats without him, as was the case in the Week 17 loss to Cleveland.

The Ravens, meanwhile, have the ninth-best run stop unit, according to DVOA. And Baltimore got robbed in the Week 14 loss to Pittsburgh after an apparent late TD was overturned, somewhat perplexingly, on review.
