I'm backing Los Angeles to secure one more road win and advance to the Super Bowl, as I outline in my Rams vs. Seahawks prediction. 

The Seahawks are the 2.5-point betting favorite for Sunday's NFC Championship, which starts at 6:30 p.m. ET and takes place at Lumen Field (FOX). I expect the rubber match to be as close as their regular-season games, with Matthew Stafford and Co. escaping with the win. This pick is part of our extensive Conference Championship predictions.

Rams +2.5 (-110) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I'm backing the regular-season MVP favorite and the QB receiving the third-shortest Super Bowl MVP odds to make the difference in Seattle. The Rams are more battle-tested in the playoffs, which should benefit them in what should be a tight, back-and-forth affair. 

And while Seattle, the Super Bowl odds betting favorite, has the better defense, ranked first in the regular season, the Rams boasted the league's top-ranked offense (via DVOA), compared to the Seahawks' 10th-ranked unit. 

Macdonald's team is inarguably fresher, particularly after trouncing San Francisco in a relatively effortless Divisional Round tilt. However, I give the edge to a Rams team that went through the wringer yet prevailed in both previous playoff games.
