Latest weather forecast via NFL Weather for Week 15.
| Category | Forecast |
|---|---|
| 🌡️ Temp. | 28 degrees at kickoff with a low of 15 degrees by 4Q; feels like 13-16 degrees |
| 💨 Wind | NW winds of 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph |
| 🌧️ Prec. | Mostly clear, 5% chance of precipitation |
| ☀️ Humidity | 63% humidity at kickoff, 55% by 4Q |
The Eagles have needed to endure the elements in most of their home games over the back half of this season, and this week's matchup could test them again with extreme winds and the possibility of snow in the forecast. That plays right into Philly's preferred play style, though it could be tough for either offense to break through.

💰 Raiders vs. Eagles betting impact
With four weeks left in the NFL season, we're officially on "snow watch" for every game in the Northeast. And this one is no different with sub-freezing temperatures and the chance of precipitation converging into another potential Philly snow game.
Temperatures are expected to settle in the mid-20s throughout the contest, though it'll feel like 13 degrees on the field by the fourth quarter. The biggest factor in this game might actually be the wind, which is projected to blow at 15 mph to the northwest with gusts reaching 30 mph for a game that could be decided by adverse weather.
Here's how I'd consider the weather when betting on Raiders vs. Eagles player props and game lines:
- Which side can pound the rock? Both of these teams entered the season wanting to establish themselves as smashmouth running teams, and they've each struggled to turn that into reality. That'll be the clearest path to victory today if we do see snow or extreme winds in Philly, so whichever team can find success on the ground should be able to control the matchup from there.
- Beware the careless turnover. Jalen Hurts was a turnover machine for the Eagles last week, and he'll need to double down his efforts to avoid that happening again today, especially with bitter cold temperatures and the chance of precipitation making it even tougher to grip the football. Things won't be much easier for Raiders fill-in starter Kenny Pickett, whose small hands were famously a concern during the draft process. See our best Kenny Pickett player props.
- Don't expect a shootout. These offenses have struggled enough to execute properly in normal conditions. With blisteringly cold temperatures and winds whipping through the stadium? Color me skeptical that we see a sharp performance from either side today. I'd be targeting the Under for both the full-game total and in the player props market.
