We've nearly reached the halfway point of the 2025 NFL season, and we're starting to see some teams emerge as clear contenders. So we've ranked all 32 teams with our NFL power rankings based on the latest Super Bowl odds entering Week 9.

The Kansas City Chiefs and Detroit Lions lead the way despite neither team playing on Sunday - the Lions had a bye week, and the Chiefs play on Monday Night Football - while the Green Bay Packers remain in the top five after taking down Aaron Rodgers and the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday Night Football.

1️⃣ Kansas City Chiefs (+550)

The Chiefs won't play until Monday Night Football, but oddsmakers have seen enough over the last few weeks to install Kansas City as the Super Bowl favorite entering Week 9. Patrick Mahomes and this offense have come alive over the last few weeks, winning four of five games with a 3-1 record since Xavier Worthy returned to the starting lineup.

2️⃣ Detroit Lions (+650)

The Lions were making their case as the NFL's best team until running into a roadblock in Kansas City two weeks ago, but they bounced back with a blowout win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers before a bye this week. They'll be tested in November with games against the Minnesota Vikings, Washington Commanders, Philadelphia Eagles and Green Bay Packers over the next five weeks.

Even though the Bills still trail the New England Patriots in the AFC East standings, the market is still bullish on Buffalo and star QB Josh Allen, who sits second by the NFL MVP odds after throwing for a touchdown and rushing for two more in a 40-9 win over the Carolina Panthers. The Bills face the Chiefs next week in a potential AFC title preview.

4️⃣ Green Bay Packers (+850)

When they're clicking on all cylinders, few teams are more formidable than the Packers, who proved too much for the Pittsburgh Steelers in a 35-25 win on Sunday Night Football. With Jordan Love playing efficient football under center and Micah Parsons wreaking havoc off the edge, Green Bay is breathing down Detroit's neck in the NFC North.

5️⃣ Philadelphia Eagles (+1100)

The Eagles have struggled to string together consecutive performances befitting of the defending champions, but Philly got revenge on the rival New York Giants on Sunday with a dominant 38-20 win behind 276 rushing yards and 23 first downs. The reigning champs will enjoy a week off to open November before facing the Packers, Lions, and Dallas Cowboys.
