NFL Picks Against the Spread: ATS Predictions for Every Week 15 Game

There have been some wacky results in recent weeks as I provide my NFL picks against the spread for Week 15. 

The craziest of the bunch featured the Denver Broncos and Las Vegas Raiders, with Pete Carroll bizarrely deciding to kick a last-second field goal to reduce the deficit to seven points. By the way, the early spread was Denver -7.5. This week's ATS picks, part of the NFL Week 15 predictions, offer a result for every game while featuring three headlining matchups.

My best ATS picks for Week 15

Texans (-9.5) vs. Cardinals ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Houston Texans are saving their best for the business end of the season. They've won six of the previous seven and five in a row, executing a defensive masterclass at Arrowhead Stadium in the 20-10 win over the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 14.

The Texans' defense hasn't allowed more than 19 points in the last four games and boasts the best scoring unit, allowing just 16 points per game.

While Houston's offense hasn't been too convincing since C.J. Stroud's return to the lineup, it faces a Cardinals defense that has allowed at least 41 points in three of the previous five games. 

Arizona lost by an average of 23 points in the games in which it allowed 41+ points. Caesars edges the other best sports betting sites, offering -110 odds. Those odds would yield a $9.09 profit on a winning $10 bet. 

Panthers (-2.5) vs. Saints ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Panthers have an opportunity to avenge their Week 10 home loss to the New Orleans Saints. That 17-7 loss was one of the Panthers' worst of the season.

Despite their 3-4 road record, Carolina has played well recently, winning three in a row on enemy turf. They are also in a position most didn't think possible before the season started. With a 7-6 record, they are tied with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers atop the NFC South. 

That should provide the motivation required to upend a Saints team that is 1-5 at home and ATS.

There's also concern that Alvin Kamara won't be healthy enough to return. With the Saints' season all but done, I would be surprised to see him suit up. That's even more reason to back the Panthers, as Kamara had 83 rushing yards against them in Week 10. The odds range from -114 to -120, with FanDuel offering the former. 

Those odds carry a 53.27% implied probability, and a winning $10 bet will profit $8.77. 

49ers (-12.5) vs. Titans ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Since Brock Purdy's return, the 49ers have won by 19, 11, and 18 points, respectively. Not only is Kyle Shanahan's team the healthiest they've been all season, but they're also well rested after a bye week. 

While the Tennessee Titans won the battle of the brutal in Cleveland last week, they've struggled to compete otherwise, losing six games by at least 13 points. In addition, the four Titans' road losses came by an average of 17 points. 

The 49ers have covered in three straight games and have won four of the last five. The odds difference across the best sports betting apps is almost negligible, ranging from -110 to -112, with BetMGM offering the lower number.
