NFC Championship Odds: Seahawks Trading as 2.5-Point Betting Favorite Over Rams

It should come as a shock to no one: the favorites to win Super Bowl 2026 are the favorites to win the NFC Championship. The Seattle Seahawks are a 2.5-point betting favorite against the visiting Los Angeles Rams ahead of Sunday's kickoff from Lumen Field in Seattle at 6:30 p.m. ET (FOX).
The opening NFC Championship odds had the Seahawks as 3-point favorites over the Rams, but that's been bet down by a half point across the board. Seattle won the previous matchup by one point in overtime, after Los Angeles took a Week 11 classic, earning a two-point win at home.
The winner will clash with either the New England Patriots or the Denver Broncos in Super Bowl 2026. We also analyzed the opening AFC Championship odds.

| Team | Spread | Moneyline | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Seahawks | -2.5 (-110) | -142 | Over 47.5 (-110) |
| Rams | +2.5 (-110) | +120 | Under 47.5 (-110) |
The Seahawks opened as 1.5-point betting favorites entering the divisional round, but we've seen the market tick a point in their favor at FanDuel after their 41-6 demolition of the injury-riddled San Francisco 49ers to reach their first NFC title game since 2015.
The Rams nearly blew their chance at a rematch after allowing a miracle heave from Chicago Bears QB Caleb Williams on fourth down to tie the game at the end of regulation. But Los Angeles picked off the second-year star in overtime and marched down the field for the game-winning field goal to book a second trip to Seattle.
The O/U total opened at 47.5 points between these two rivals, who combined for 75 points in Week 16 after scoring just 40 combined points in Week 11.

When two teams with such strong history face off for a third time in a single season - especially after splitting the first two games in such thrilling fashion - it's anyone's guess what we'll see from both sides in the third and final meeting.
Oddsmakers seem to be taking a similar approach, offering the customary 2.5-point advantage for the host Seahawks even after a 35-point win in the divisional round. It makes sense: the Rams probably should have won the last meeting in Seattle if not for a punt return TD and some other shenanigans in the fourth quarter, though the 'Hawks would have won the first time if not for four interceptions from San Darnold.
All of the attention is on these prolific offenses, especially with Matthew Stafford playing at an MVP level, but this one will likely come down to which defense can make a crucial stop late in the game. The Seahawks' defense is one of the best units we've seen in recent memory, which is another reason they have the edge in the betting market.
