🔴 Chiefs (-175) vs. Jaguars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I'm more confident about this matchup than a narcissistic CEO; such is the elevated confidence of the visiting Kansas City Chiefs. They beat up on an injury-ravaged Baltimore Ravens team and enter having won eight successive games against the Jacksonville Jaguars. 

Patrick Mahomes, who impressively ascended the NFL MVP odds leaderboard after tossing four TD passes, is 4-0 against the Jaguars.

Jacksonville is 3-1, but I feel its record is inflated.

They had some good fortune against the beat-up San Francisco 49ers, triumphed over the woefully inequipped Carolina Panthers, and have the 15th-ranked offensive DVOA. 

Plus, Trevor Lawrence has the lowest Clutch Factor rating of any QB with three victories. Of the best sports betting sites, DraftKings' -175 odds provide the most value, where a winning $10 bet will profit $5.71. 

🐂 Texans (-120) vs. Ravens ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Houston Texans found a pot of gold, a four-leaf clover, and every other good-fortune trinket simultaneously. Its early Christmas present is a game against the Baltimore Ravens, which has 11 starters on its Week 5 injury report.

While Cooper Rush is a competent quarterback whom I would have no issue backing under ordinary circumstances, especially against an anemic Houston Texans offense, the Ravens' personnel issues run much deeper and broader than those of Lamar Jackson.

Baltimore is decimated on both sides of the ball, which was evident in its demoralizing loss in Kansas City last week. If the Texans can't capitalize on this once-in-a-generation opportunity, they might as well give up.

🟢 Seahawks (-180) vs. Buccaneers ⭐⭐⭐⭐

We're still awaiting the news of whether Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Bucky Irving will play in Seattle. Dealing with foot and shoulder ailments, I don't see him suiting up. But even if he does, it's unlikely he'll be as influential as usual.

Baker Mayfield is dealing with knee and biceps issues. While I expect him to play, his mobility could be limited. There's also a chance he won't play, given his offensive line's inability to protect him adequately.

Add to that list receiver Mike Evans' absence, and you have a perfect recipe for a Seahawks win, especially considering how well Mike Macdonald's team is playing en route to a 3-1 record. 

The Seahawks, which I backed in my NFL picks against the spread, boast the best defensive DVOA and the sixth-best offensive DVOA. At -180, FanDuel offers the best price. The price is admittedly steep, but you can make the most of it by utilizing it in a long-shot parlay.
