The Detroit Lions have been eliminated from playoff contention, and the Chicago Bears have clinched the NFC North. Still, there should be no love lost between these division rivals this afternoon, as I offer my best Lions vs. Bears player props as part of our NFL Week 18 predictions.
Despite Detroit beating Chicago 52-21 in Week 2, the Bears are a 3-point betting favorite for this rematch. Kickoff from Soldier Field in Chicago is set for 4:25 p.m. ET (FOX).

Kyle Monangai Over 39.5 rushing yards (-110) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Kyle Monangai’s rushing total is much lower than it normally would be, with Chicago already having clinched the division. But Detroit’s defense is allowing a whopping 5.9 yards per carry over the last four games, so it shouldn’t take much volume for Monangai to exceed this total.
Chicago averaged 6.9 yards per play in last week’s shootout loss to the San Francisco 49ers, its second-highest total of the season.
Let’s back Monangai to rush for 40-plus yards early in a game Ben Johnson would likely love to win against his former team.

Caleb Williams Over 0.5 interceptions (+144) ⭐⭐⭐
Caleb Williams has played interception-free football in three straight games and has thrown just six all season. But he also enters this game needing 270 passing yards to be the first quarterback in the 105 years of the franchise to throw for 4,000 yards. Thus, I expect him to press, knowing how prestigious an honor that would be.
We are getting great value on this three-star play, as Williams is tied for the NFL lead with four dropped interceptions. The Lions also picked off one of his 30 pass attempts in the first meeting.
Jameson Williams anytime touchdown scorer (+175) ⭐⭐⭐
Lions wideout Jameson Williams is coming off a disappointing two-catch performance in the Christmas Day loss to the Minnesota Vikings. But he did have seven-plus receptions in three of the previous four games, and has found the endzone in five of the last nine overall.
Fellow wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown has not been 100% for a couple of weeks, so I expect Williams to be the primary passing option when facing a Bears defense that ranks 30th in EPA per play allowed.
