The Eagles saw Pickett every day in practice when he played for the team last year, and this secondary is basically the same as it was then. The Raiders also have a terrible line, which will force him to be uncomfortable and throw off his timing.
I also see the Raiders going down early, which will force them to throw the ball to try and get back in the game. The Eagles have nine interceptions on the year, and it wouldn’t surprise me if they had 11-12 by the end of this game.

Kenny Pickett Over 9.5 rushing yards (-109) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The Raiders have one of the worst offensive lines in football, and that is going to force Pickett to scramble out of the pocket and use his legs to help his offense. I fully anticipate the Eagles defensive line to be in the backfield all game long.
The Raiders have struggled mightily to get their rushing attack going, and Pickett is significantly more mobile than Geno Smith. I expect Pickett to exceed this total of 9.5 yards easily.

As mentioned earlier, Pickett was on the Eagles last season. He has taken reps running the Tush Push and even scored a touchdown in his line start last year. If the Raiders get down to the 1-yard line, I expect a potential QB sneak which would cash this +1000 play.
I can also see Pickett finding pay dirt scrambling inside the 10-yard line. As I have stated numerous times, this Raiders offensive line is beyond bad, and Pickett will need to get creative to keep the Raiders in the game. There is definitely value on this +1000 play (9.09% implied probability), which would net $100 in profits on a $10 wager.
