The New York Jets visit the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 4 with No. 1 quarterback Zach Wilson back in the fold. Check out our top Jets-Steelers picks below.

Wilson (knee) will suit up and start for the first time in 2022 after the Jets got off to a 1-2 start with veteran Joe Flacco at the helm of the offense.

On the other side, the 1-2 Steelers will once again trot out ineffective journeyman QB Mitch Trubisky. Pittsburgh the season with an inspirational upset of the rival Cincinnati Bengals but have since loss to the New England Patriots and Cleveland Browns.

Jets vs. Steelers ATS Pick

Steelers -3 (-114) ★★★★★

Despite being statistically poor on offense and scoring 18 points per game, the Steelers have kept their games close. They beat Cincinnati in overtime in Week 1, lost by three in Week 2, and without an end-of-game defensive touchdown by Cleveland, would have only lost by six to the Browns. The Jets’ two losses have been 24-9 to Baltimore and 27-12 to the Bengals.

The Steelers are 54-27-3 against the spread in October and the Jets are 1-9 in their last 10 against opponents that just lost. The Steelers should easily take this one despite the return of Wilson.

Jets vs. Steelers O/U Pick

Under 41.5 (-107) ★★★

Both of these teams are averaging low scores per game. The Steelers are scoring 18, and the Jets are scoring 17.3. And while both defenses are allowing offenses to score (22 points per game for the Steelers, 27 for the Jets), I don’t see this game as a high-scoring game.

Before getting injured last year, Wilson was leading the league in interceptions. I think the Steelers' defense, even without T.J. Watt, will pressure him into mistakes. The Steelers’ offense isn’t great either, averaging 272.7 yards a game, which is the second worst in the league.

Jets vs. Steelers Prop Pick

Wilson Over 205.5 passing yards ★★★★★

Even though Wilson may have some rust in his first game of the season, 205.5 passing yards seems too low. The Jets are currently tied for third, averaging 285.3 passing yards per game. The Steelers are also allowing 252 passing yards a game.

Joe Flacco has thrown for 309, 307, and 285 yards in his three games leading this offense. Wilson was the starter because he is a better quarterback and should be able to easily eclipse 300, especially if the Jets fall behind and need to pass often.
