The Jacksonville Jaguars are clawing for the AFC South title while visiting the Tennessee Titans, and we're examining the matchup in our Jaguars vs. Titans NFL player props for Week 18 based on the best NFL odds from our best sports betting apps.
The Jacksonville Jaguars have done their best this season to throw away the AFC South crown, and now they need a win in Week 18 to avoid such a disaster.
Jacksonville has lost four of its last five games, including 23-7 and 30-12 thumpings to the Baltimore Ravens and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, respectively.
Quarterback Trevor Lawrence has struggled this season even when healthy, but he'll suit up Sunday despite missing Week 17 with an injury.
Lawrence will be joined by wide receiver Zay Jones as those players who will start despite battling questionable tags, with wideout Christian Kirk sitting out the key clash. His presence would be a significant boost to the skill players around him, as we evaluate the player props for this contest.
To accompany all of our Week 18 NFL predictions and NFL best bets, here are our best Jaguars vs. Titans NFL player props for Week 18 (odds via our best NFL betting sites; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).
Jaguars vs. Titans NFL player props: Week 18
Calvin Ridley Over 51.5 receiving yards (-110 via bet365) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
There are two ways to look at even the potential of Lawrence sitting, or playing in a limited capacity. You can run in horror from any Over tied to his pass-catchers, or you can observe that even when he sat or wasn't himself, a low total is still within reach.
The latter is the case with Ridley, who didn't finish too far off this total in Week 17 considering he was catching passes from C.J. Beathard (39 yards on four catches). He's only a week removed from posting 90 yards on six catches, and Ridley put up 103 yards during his last outing against the Titans.
More importantly, Ridley could cash the Over on this low number through volume alone. Injuries have forced targets to funnel his way, especially over the last four games with Christian Kirk out, and Zay Jones has missed the previous two contests as well. Both are practicing now, but in a limited capacity, and they may still not be fully themselves come Sunday. Ridley has logged 42 targets over Jacksonville's last four games, and he was averaging seven per matchup previously.
Projections are widely pegging him to soar past this number, with NumberFire at 62.1 yards. The best value easily lies with bet365, as our other best sportsbooks lie at -115 or shorter.

Travis Etienne Over 52.5 rushing yards (-110 via bet365) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Sure, Travis Etienne can also point to the general decay and lack of health around him as a contributor to his own struggles. But he's still taken a sizable step back in 2023 while averaging a mere 3.8 yards per carry, a major departure from his 5.1 in 2022.
However, he's fresh off rebounding with a 102-yard performance in Week 17 against the Carolina Panthers. And much like during that 26-0 blowout win, Etienne could benefit greatly from a positive game script on Sunday, as the Titans enter with a minus-70 points differential, the league's seventh-worst mark.
The Titans' field a mid-pack run defense, and a unit that's surrendered 293 yards to running backs over a three-game losing streak, most significantly 121 yards to the Texans' Devin Singletary.
Projections are leaning heavily toward the Over on this prop, with models commonly in the mid-60s for Etienne's yardage. And bet365 is again offering the best line and value, as Caesars sits at 53.5 yards, and both DraftKings and BetMGM are at -115 or above.

Evan Engram longest reception Over 17.5 yards (-115 via DraftKings) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Evan Engram has been sizzling recently while posting 80-plus yards in three of his past five games. The 29-year-old has easily established a new career single-season receiving yards high with one game remaining. He sits on 884 yards, far above his previous best of 722.
Lawrence being injured and not able to air it out like usual has surely been a factor. Although he was participating in practice, Lawrence sat out a portion of a recent session when quarterbacks were doing longer throws, according to Jaguars beat writer Eugene Frenette.
That could lead to plenty of short-to-intermediate attempts regardless of who's under center, which fits right into Engram's wheelhouse and a play on the Over here.
Engram excels when put in space and given the opportunity to churn out yards after the catch, as he ranks third in YAC among tight ends in 2023 with 478 yards. He also sits fifth at the position in 20-plus-yard receptions, and seventh in broken tackles. Engram is easily the tight end leader in receptions too at 104, nine ahead of the second-place T.J. Hockenson.
