Is T.J. Watt playing tonight? The Pittsburgh Steelers star hasn't played since a Week 14 tilt with the Baltimore Ravens, and the Steelers need him ahead of the rematch tonight on Sunday Night Football (8:20 p.m. ET, NBC) with the winner claiming the AFC North division title and the final spot in the NFL playoff field. We break down the latest T.J. Watt injury status and how it impacts our NFL Week 18 predictions.

🤔 Is TJ Watt playing tonight on Monday Night Football?

See all of our experts' NFL picks for every game based on the latest NFL odds.

Watt hadn't missed a game all season until a freak accident on Dec. 10, when the Steelers star suffered a partially collapsed lung from a routine dry needling treatment at the team facility. That required surgery and forced Watt to miss the last two weeks.

He should be back tonight with the team listing him as a full participant in practice on Friday with no injury designation heading into Sunday Night Football. He told reporters that he doesn't expect to have any limitations like a snap count tonight, so we should be in store for the full Watt experience against his bitter rivals.

The Steelers could certainly use Watt's services tonight against Lamar Jackson and the Ravens, who enter this winner-take-all matchup as 3.5-point road favorites despite losing to Pittsburgh four weeks ago at home. We break down this matchup from every angle with our Ravens vs. Steelers predictions for Sunday Night Football.

Watt could be extra motivated to show out tonight after another division rival, Myles Garrett, broke his all-time single-season sacks record earlier today. One of Watt's teammates could have some extra motivation on the line tonight, too, as we break down with our NFL contract incentives tracker for every game.
