While the Steelers are averaging 23.7 points per game, they rank 27th in total offense. Turnovers have been the name of the game all season, as the Steelers have a differential of +9 (ranking fourth in the league). But even with all their turnovers, the Steelers have failed to score more than 10 points in either of their last two games against top-15 scoring defenses. 

Finally, the Dolphins rank fourth in red-zone defense, so even if the Steelers force a lot of turnovers, expect a lot of field goals from them. Caesars’ price of -110 implies a 52.38% chance that this Under hits. A $10 bet would profit $9.09.
