The Titans upset the Colts as 4.5-point underdogs in a 24-17 win in Indianapolis in Week 4. That line has now nearly flipped as the two reunite in Nashville in Week 7. The Titans, 3-2, will hope to retain their slim lead over the 3-2-1 Colts in the AFC South.

Colts vs. Titans ML Pick
Colts (+125) ★★★★★
Indy has historically gotten better as the season goes along under head coach Frank Reich, and this year is no different. After opening the season with a tie at the Houston Texans and a loss at the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Colts have won three of their last four games — including upsets of the Kansas City Chiefs and Denver Broncos. Last week, Indianapolis rallied from an early 14-3 deficit to beat the Jaguars 34-27. The Colts scored the winning touchdown with just 17 seconds left on the clock.
Tennessee has also turned things around after an 0-2 start, winning each of its last three games to go into a Week 6 bye with a 3-2 record. However, two of those wins came over the Washington Commanders and Raiders, teams that have a combined record of 3-8 on the campaign. The Titans also had to hold on for dear life to beat the Colts three weeks ago after racing out to an early 24-3 lead.
This is still a bottom-five offense in passing yards and total yards, while the defense hasn’t been much better, ranking dead last against the pass and 28th in yards allowed.
Colts vs. Titans O/U Pick
Over 42.5 (-110) ★★★★
Going into last week’s game against Jacksonville, the Colts had cashed the Under in 10 straight games going back to last season. They hadn’t scored more than 20 points in a game since Christmas Day 2021. Indy’s offense came to life against the Jaguars, exploding for 34 points in the final three quarters. Matt Ryan threw for a season-high 389 yards as the Colts made a point of getting the ball out of his hands as quickly as possible. They didn't allow a sack after giving up an average of 4.2 sacks across their first five games.
That strategy can be effective once again against Tennessee’s weak secondary, especially now that star running back Jonathan Taylor might return from injury and force the Titans to respect the possibility of a run. Speaking of the rushing game, Titans star Derrick Henry rumbled for 114 yards and a touchdown when these teams met earlier this month. He could be in for another strong afternoon against a Colts front that gave up nearly 250 rushing yards last week to Jacksonville.
Four of the last six meetings between these division rivals cashed the Over on this total, and all of them saw at least 41 points scored. We don’t need much more than that to cash this low number.
Colts vs. Titans Prop Pick
Titans to score first and lose (+400) ★★
Just like the Colts tend to start seasons slowly, they also often dig themselves early holes in games. Indianapolis has been outscored in first quarters by an average of 6.2-1.7 this season, and the Colts managed just one field goal in the opening quarter of their three road games.
Meanwhile, Tennessee often starts games strong — especially at home, where it has won the first quarter by an average of 7-1.5 this season. Armed with an extra week of preparation and rest coming out of their bye, the Titans’ biggest advantages in this game will be early, while the Colts have shown in recent wins over KC, Denver and Jacksonville that they’re comfortable playing from behind.
