My best NFL long-shot parlay for Week 2 features three plays, one of which is an extension of another.

I've provided a five-leg and an extended eight-leg play while also featuring a 16-leg moneyline behemoth that could profit over $16,000 if all the picks hit. The following parlays are part of our NFL picks.

💰 My best NFL parlay picks for Week 2

Our NFL player prop odds tool shows the best NFL odds for every market across legal sportsbooks in your area.

I've gone with five palatable minus-money plays for my five-leg parlay, including a moneyline, two against the spread picks, and two player props.

The Dallas Cowboys looked cohesive enough in Philadelphia to back them against the New York Giants, who looked no different than last season in Week 1. The Cowboys won six of the last seven against the Giants by at least seven points. Dallas wideout CeeDee Lamb will be hell-bent on making up for last week's drops. Meanwhile, Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson will try to extend his streak of amassing at least 73 receiving yards at home to 10 games.

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow has to be better in Week 2, right? He was one of the lowest-graded winning signal-callers in my NFL clutch power rankings. That leaves the Denver Broncos to take care of business in Indy, where I expect their elite defense to put a significant dent in Colts quarterback Daniel Jones' newfound mojo.

If we win all five legs at BetMGM, a $235 profit - thanks to the +2245 odds - is coming our way.

🎯 My best NFL long-shot parlay for Week 2

I added three legs to the previous parlay, making it an eight-leg play that would yield a $1,565 profit if all legs hit.

The additions?

I've gone with three more Overs because, well, who wants to watch a Sunday slate chock-full of Unders? Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Ladd McConkey had 74 receiving yards in Brazil, missing this total by one yard. He hit the Over in the final four games of last season, including in the playoff loss to the Houston Texans. And he stomped all over the Las Vegas Raiders' defense in his previous matchup against them last season, amassing 95 yards.

I added Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott to have at least 244 passing yards against the Giants, with New York Jets QB Justin Fields' Over on 186.5 passing yards the last piece of the puzzle.

He was excellent in his 218-yard performance against the Steelers, and the Buffalo Bills' young defense needs more time to gel, as they found out firsthand against Baltimore.

🚀 My best NFL moneyline parlay picks for every game

How does $16,977 sound? If you answered improbable, you're right on the money. But hey, who knows, right? I backed only two underdogs: the New England Patriots and the Atlanta Falcons.

I'm on the Patriots' train because there is no other option after witnessing the Miami Dolphins' putrid display in Indy to open the season. They're all over the place, and nobody looks happy. The Falcons are more of a flier. However, they deserved better against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and could bring quarterback J.J. McCarthy and the Vikings back down to earth.

❓NFL parlay betting FAQs

What is a parlay bet in the NFL?

A parlay combines multiple bets (spreads, totals, props, or moneylines) into one wager, with all selections needing to win for the bet to cash. Parlays are popular in NFL betting because they offer bigger payouts.

How do NFL parlay odds work?

Parlay odds are calculated by multiplying the odds of each individual selection, which increases both the potential payout and the risk. The more legs you add, the higher the reward but the lower the probability of winning.

Are parlays a smart betting strategy for the NFL?

Parlays can be fun for chasing large payouts but are harder to win consistently. Many sharp bettors prefer single-game wagers, but NFL parlay bets can add excitement when used responsibly.
