Zay Flowers, the Ravens' clear No. 1 receiver, hasn't scored a touchdown since Week 1. Without Jackson in the lineup, he was targeted eight or more times in three of the past four games, and caught all five of his targets for 72 yards in the one game he received fewer looks.

Amid QB struggles in Baltimore, Flowers has caught 42 of 55 targets for 486 yards through seven games. Jackson's return aligns with this Thursday Night Football clash with a Dolphins team that has allowed receivers to catch 66.4% of their targets and score seven touchdowns. And those numbers were improved with last week's rout of the Atlanta Falcons.

Waddle has been targeted at least five times in all but one game this season. He has caught 35 of 50 targets through eight games, and has scored four touchdowns. Only two teams have allowed more touchdowns to receivers this season than the Ravens' 10, so I'm locking in on Miami's No. 1 target, just as QB Tua Tagovailoa will do once again.

The +145 odds from FanDuel will return an extra $1.50 in profit on a winning $10 bet, compared to the market-low +130 odds from DraftKings.

I promise, I didn't intend to bet on Jackson in his first game back since Week 4. He hasn't even scored a rushing touchdown since Week 1's 41-40 loss to the Buffalo Bills.

But the Dolphins and their miserable defense make this impossible to pass up.

Miami has allowed opposing QBs to score a league-high four rushing touchdowns on a modest 38 carries. And that, again, comes after a pseudo-bye week against the Kirk Cousins-led Falcons.
