Is there anything better than when a player on your fantasy football team finds the end zone? Winning money off those touchdowns, of course. Read on for our top anytime touchdown scorer picks for Week 2.

In theory, any player can score a touchdown in any game, but the smartest bettors will start trimming their lists to include players participating in games with high projected point totals. Thus, our three best anytime touchdown scorer picks all involve games with an Over/Under of at least 46.5 points this week.

Here are our top picks for NFL Week 2 anytime touchdown scorers (odds via FanDuel Sportsbook and DraftKings Sportsbook).

Week 2 TD Predictions

Renfrow (+150)

Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Derek Carr tied a career-high with three interceptions in Week 1 against the Los Angeles Chargers, and it was his first three-interception game since 2018. However, he has a much easier opponent this week, as Arizona’s pass defense was shredded for 360 yards and five touchdowns by Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes in Week 1. In addition, Arizona does not have the same pass rush and ability to get to the quarterback with four down linemen as the Chargers, as evidenced by the fact that the Cards blitzed Mahomes on 51% of his dropbacks.

If Arizona blitzes at the same rate this week as it did in Week 1, Carr will need to get the ball out fast, and no Raiders receiver is better at separating early on short routes than Renfrow.

The Raiders have the highest projected team total of the week at 28.5 points, which makes getting plus odds from one of Carr’s most trusted receivers enticing. We are making this wager at FanDuel, as their +150 odds are a better value than DraftKings’ +135.

Henderson (+115)

If Week 1 was any indication of how the Los Angeles Rams will deploy their backfield, then Darrell Henderson is in for a big year, especially when he faces run defenses that are not as stout as that of the Buffalo Bills.

Henderson played 55 snaps to Cam Akers’ 12 in Week 1, while Jake Funk and Kyren Williams spelled the two for 13 combined plays. Unlike last week when the Rams never led against the Bills, they should have a much more favorable game script as double-digit favorites against the Atlanta Falcons. This will mean the Rams can lean on the run much more than they have in the past. Los Angeles had a 62% designed pass-play rate last week, but we should see a much more balanced split this week.

Henderson scored a touchdown in five of the eight games in which he had at least 13 carries last year, and he should be in line for at least that many this week. We are making this wager at DraftKings, whose +115 odds are much more appealing than FanDuel’s chalky -125 number.

Samuel (+210)

Wide receiver Curtis Samuel scored one of the Washington Commanders' four touchdowns in their 28-22 Week 1 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars. And since Samuel saw 11 targets in the passing game and had four rushing attempts, it is clear Commanders head coach Ron Rivera is determined to get him the ball in any way possible.

The Philadelphia Eagles are coming off a game against a Detroit Lions defense where they had four different players rush for a touchdown for the first time since 1961. Thus, even if Samuel does not score through the air, Detroit’s defense seems like it will be forgiving on the ground in this matchup.

FanDuel’s +210 odds are much more appealing than DraftKings’ +165 odds, and the +190 one can find via BetMGM.
