🐦⬛ Ravens (-6.5) vs. Bears
🚨 Ravens vs. Bears projected score
- Ravens 27, Bears 16
Team | 1Q | 2Q | 3Q | 4Q | Final |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Bears | 3 | 7 | 3 | 3 | 16 |
Ravens | 7 | 10 | 7 | 3 | 27 |
🔢 Ravens projected stats
- Passing leader: Lamar Jackson – 20/29, 236 yards, 2 TD; 6 rushes, 51 yards
- Rushing leader: Derrick Henry – 13 rushes, 84 yards, 1 TD
- Receiving leader: Zay Flowers – 7 receptions, 93 yards, 1 TD
🔢 Bears projected stats
- Passing leader: Caleb Williams – 19/33, 201 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT; 5 rushes, 36 yards
- Rushing leader: D'Andre Swift – 15 rushes, 64 yards
- Receiving leader: D.J. Moore – 6 receptions, 87 yards, 1 TD
🔮 Ravens vs. Bears prediction
Baltimore’s defensive front is the difference. The Ravens have struggled to generate pressure but should be able to get to Caleb Williams after a bye week. Expect Zach Orr's group to rotate coverages and bait Williams into shorter throws; if Baltimore jumps out early, Chicago’s ground game fades fast.
On offense, the Ravens should get Lamar Jackson back and need to find rhythm with a balanced attack. Jackson's efficiency in the short game with Derrick Henry attacking up the middle should give Chicago's defense issues. The Bears' tackling has improved, but their coverage busts persist — and Zay Flowers is tailor-made to exploit them.
🦬 Bills (-7.5) vs. Panthers
🚨 Bills vs. Panthers projected score
- Bills 31, Panthers 14
Team | 1Q | 2Q | 3Q | 4Q | Final |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Panthers | 0 | 7 | 0 | 7 | 14 |
Bills | 7 | 10 | 7 | 7 | 31 |
🔢 Bills projected stats
- Passing leader: Josh Allen – 25/36, 295 yards, 3 TD, 1 INT; 5 rushes, 41 yards
- Rushing leader: James Cook – 14 rushes, 82 yards, 1 TD
- Receiving leader: Keon Coleman – 9 receptions, 112 yards, 1 TD
🔢 Panthers projected stats
- Passing leader: Andy Dalton – 22/34, 208 yards, 1 TD, 2 INT
- Rushing leader: Chuba Hubbard – 13 rushes, 54 yards
- Receiving leader: Tetairoa McMillan – 6 receptions, 71 yards, 1 TD
🔮 Bills vs. Panthers prediction
Buffalo’s defense has rounded back into form, and this looks like another lopsided stylistic clash. The Bills’ front is healthy again, and Sean McDermott’s zone disguises will make life miserable for Andy Dalton (assuming Bryce Young misses time) and this Panthers offense. Expect early pressure, leading to a short field or two for Josh Allen and company.
Offensively, Buffalo should dictate tempo with breakout receiver Keon Coleman excelling in intermediate and red-zone usage. Carolina’s corners don’t have the depth to hold up if Allen stays upright. Even if the Panthers find a few chunk plays to Chuba Hubbard or Tetairoa McMillan, the Bills’ talent gap is too large to close.
🦅 Eagles (-7.5) vs. Giants
🚨 Eagles vs. Giants projected score
- Eagles 30, Giants 20
Team | 1Q | 2Q | 3Q | 4Q | Final |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Giants | 3 | 7 | 0 | 10 | 20 |
Eagles | 7 | 10 | 10 | 3 | 30 |
🔢 Eagles projected stats
- Passing leader: Jalen Hurts – 21/30, 248 yards, 2 TD, 1 INT; 9 rushes, 56 yards, 1 TD
- Rushing leader: Saquon Barkley – 17 rushes, 91 yards
- Receiving leader: A.J. Brown – 7 receptions, 108 yards, 1 TD
🔢 Giants projected stats
- Passing leader: Jaxson Dart – 19/32, 218 yards, 2 TD, 2 INT
- Rushing leader: Cam Skattebo – 13 rushes, 52 yards
- Receiving leader: Wan’Dale Robinson – 6 receptions, 78 yards, 1 TD
🔮 Eagles vs. Giants prediction
Philadelphia’s front seven is simply overwhelming for this iteration of the Giants. Without Malik Nabers, New York leans on Wandale Robinson and tight ends to move the chains, but that quick-game attack runs straight into the Eagles’ rangy linebackers and slot corners. Jalen Hurts and Saquon Barkley should find room early against a Giants defense still struggling to set edges, and the offensive line’s power run fits perfectly with their RPO tendencies.
Expect the Eagles to jump out early behind A.J. Brown’s physicality and DeVonta Smith's elite separation, then manage the clock behind Barkley. The Giants can trade punches for a half, but their lack of big-play juice and pass protection keeps them a tier below.
Our Mike Spector cautions against backing the Eagles with his NFL survivor picks for Week 8.
🤠 Cowboys (+3.5) at Broncos
🚨 Cowboys vs. Broncos projected score
- Cowboys 27, Broncos 17
Team | 1Q | 2Q | 3Q | 4Q | Final |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Cowboys | 7 | 10 | 7 | 3 | 27 |
Broncos | 3 | 7 | 0 | 7 | 17 |
🔢 Cowboys projected stats
- Passing leader: Dak Prescott – 22/33, 261 yards, 2 TD
- Rushing leader: Javonte Williams– 15 rushes, 69 yards, 1 TD
- Receiving leader: CeeDee Lamb – 9 receptions, 104 yards, 1 TD
🔢 Broncos projected stats
- Passing leader: Bo Nix – 25/36, 234 yards, 1 TD
- Rushing leader: JK Dobbins – 14 rushes, 61 yards
- Receiving leader: Courtland Sutton – 7 receptions, 89 yards, 1 TD
🔮 Cowboys vs. Broncos prediction
Dallas has found its balance again. Dak Prescott’s rhythm passing and CeeDee Lamb’s reliability give this offense a steady baseline, and the Cowboys’ protection has held up well enough to keep the full playbook available. Javonte Williams adds power to a ground game that should pick at Denver’s interior gaps and sustain drives.
Denver’s pass protection has been outstanding, but the Broncos still lack explosive punch. Bo Nix is efficient and poised, yet this matchup leans heavily toward Dallas’ more experienced roster. Expect the Cowboys to control tempo, win situational downs, and build a comfortable cushion by the fourth quarter.
🔴 Chiefs (-10.5) vs. Commanders
🚨 Chiefs vs. Commanders projected score
- Chiefs 34, Commanders 20
Team | 1Q | 2Q | 3Q | 4Q | Final |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Commanders | 3 | 10 | 0 | 7 | 20 |
Chiefs | 10 | 10 | 7 | 7 | 34 |
🔢 Chiefs projected stats
- Passing leader: Patrick Mahomes – 26/35, 307 yards, 3 TD
- Rushing leader: Isiah Pacheco – 16 rushes, 89 yards, 1 TD
- Receiving leader: Rashee Rice – 8 receptions, 102 yards, 1 TD
🔢 Commanders projected stats
- Passing leader: Marcus Mariota – 21/34, 233 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT
- Rushing leader: Chris Rodriguez Jr. – 12 rushes, 49 yards
- Receiving leader: Terry McLaurin – 7 receptions, 91 yards, 1 TD
🔮 Chiefs vs. Commanders prediction
Kansas City keeps finding new ways to make its offense feel effortless, and this week’s matchup leans heavily in its favor. Washington’s defense struggles to prevent explosive plays, and Patrick Mahomes excels at turning broken pockets into second-window throws. Rashee Rice made an immediate impact in his return as a trusted chain-mover, while Travis Kelce’s route leverage still opens up the seams for everyone else.
Our projection is assuming Jayden Daniels misses this game, which would put Marcus Mariota in a tough spot against a Steve Spagnuolo defense that mixes blitzes and disguised coverages. The Commanders will pop a few plays on scrambles or isolation routes, but sustained drives are rare. Expect the Chiefs to separate early and cruise, as our Phil Wood suggests with his Commanders vs. Chiefs prediction.
Gary Pearson also backs the Chiefs with his NFL picks against the spread this week.
