After going 2-for-3 with my TNF prop bets each of the past two weeks, I’m poised to make it a clean sweep with my trio of best 49ers vs. Rams player props for this week’s Thursday Night Football showdown.

⬆️ Puka Nacua Over 95.5 receiving yards (-114) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

How dominant has Puka Nacua been to start the season? The Rams wideout has eight more receptions and 101 more yards than any other NFL receiver. His per-game yardage output since Week 1 is 130, 91, 112 and 170 yards. Nacua also recorded double-digit receptions three times.

San Francisco’s defense has been solid against the pass so far, allowing 165 yards per game (sixth-best in the NFL). The Niners shut down Jacksonville’s Brian Thomas Jr. (49 yards) and Arizona’s Marvin Harrison Jr. (44 yards). But they also got shredded by Seattle’s Jaxon Smith-Njigba, who had 124 yards in the opener. San Francisco has also watched Nacua rack up 97 and 147 receiving yards in two of three career meetings.

FanDuel offers the optimal number on this 49ers vs. Rams player prop. The -114 price pencils out to a 53.27% implied win probability, and a winning $10 wager pays $8.77.

Christian McCaffrey’s rushing production continues to drop each week. The versatile 49ers running back had 69 yards against Seattle, then 55 at New Orleans, 52 against Arizona, and finally 49 versus Jacksonville last week. Three of those opponents - the Jags, Seahawks, and Cardinals - field top-eight rushing defenses. The Rams? They rank 10th.

Only two running backs have had ground success against Los Angeles this season: the Titans’ Tony Pollard (92 yards) and the Colts’ Jonathan Taylor (76 yards). No other opponent has topped 60 yards against the Rams. McCaffrey? He’s eclipsed that number just twice in his last eight games.

After throwing just one touchdown in the season opener against Houston, Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford has exploded with seven scoring tosses in his last three contests. That includes a TD trifecta in last week’s comeback win over the Colts. 

Since being traded to Los Angeles before the 2021 season, Stafford has thrown multiple TDs in four straight games on four different occasions (twice in 2021, and once each in 2023 and 2024). However, since joining the Rams, he has only 8 passing TDs in seven regular-season games against San Francisco, including just one multi-TD effort. Yes, the Niners inexplicably allowed the Saints’ Spencer Rattler to rack up three touchdowns in Week 2, but they've surrendered a total of two passing TDs combined across their other three games.
