James Cook, RB, Bills (+280) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cook enters Week 14 off his highest usage game of the 2025 season, turning 32 carries into 144 yards in the Bills' Week 13 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. Offensive coordinator Joe Brady has finally realized that Buffalo doesn't have the weapons to drop back and sling the ball all over the field with Josh Allen.

This week, I expect the Bills to deploy a heavy rushing attack against one of the worst run defenses in the NFL. The Bengals rank 31st out of 32 teams in rushing yards allowed per game (153.3), and they've allowed multiple rushing touchdowns in half their games this season - including last week against the Baltimore Ravens.

I fully expect Cook to receive at least 25 carries for the third straight week, and against a defense like the Bengals, that should lead to multiple touchdowns. If Cook scores two touchdowns for the third time this season, we'd cash this bet at +280 odds, which feature a 26.32% implied probability and would turn a winning $10 bet into a $28 profit.

Quinshon Judkins, RB, Browns (+550) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Judkins has emerged as one of the better rookie running backs in the league, ranking in the top 15 among all backs in rushing yards (758) and touchdowns (7). He should continue to show that this week against the Tennessee Titans, who are statistically among the worst rush defenses in the NFL in nearly every category.

The Browns have been featuring Judkins heavily with rookie signal-caller Shedeur Sanders behind center, as the Ohio State product ranks fourth leaguewide in attempts per game (17.8) after seeing 23 carries last week. I expect a healthy dose of Judkins this week against the lowly Titans, who have allowed the second-most rushing touchdowns (17) on the eighth-highest yards per carry (4.6).

Cleveland is a rare favorite this week in a home spot against Tennessee. In the three games the Browns have won, Judkins has scored six total touchdowns, reaching the end zone at least once in all three with multiple touchdowns in two of those wins. I expect the Browns to win this game, and I also expect Judkins to cash this bet at +550 odds, which feature a 15.38% implied probability and would turn a winning $10 bet into a $55 profit.
