Two of the four most efficient offenses in the country meet in a March Madness Elite Eight battle as No. 2 Purdue faces No. 1 Arizona. The game tips from SAP Center at San Jose at 8:49 p.m. ET (TBS/truTV), and the Wildcats are listed as 6.5-point betting favorites.

With each team averaging 1.3 points per possession or better in Sweet 16 victories, my Purdue vs. Arizona player props back more Overs than Unders. I add a wide range of props from points, points and rebounds, and 3-point field goals made to my portfolio as part of our March Madness predictions.

💰 Best Purdue vs. Arizona prop bet

See all of our March Madness prop bets for the 2026 NCAA Tournament.

Ivan Kharchenkov Over 11.5 points (-120)

One of Purdue’s biggest weaknesses defensively all season is guarding shot-creating wings with size as Braden Smith (6-foot-0) and CJ Cox (6-foot-3) are undersized guards, while Fletcher Loyer (6-foot-5) isn’t the most fleet-footed perimeter defender.

That should pave the way for a big day offensively for Ivan Kharchenkov, who has scored in double figures in six of the last seven games while exceeding this projected total in four of those contests.

Arizona does have a tendency to be balanced offensively, just as it was when it had six players score in double figures against Arkansas on Thursday. But Kharchenkov has also played 32-plus minutes in four of the last five, and I expect head coach Tommy Lloyd will rely heavily on his wing’s 6-foot-7 frame to take advantage of Purdue’s deficiencies.

Oscar Cluff Under 19.5 points + rebounds (-105)

Many will point to Arizona’s size advantage and physicality as reasons why it will punch its ticket to the Final Four. Purdue is one of the few teams that can match Arizona’s size, but Oscar Cluff’s mixed results in two matchups against Michigan, another team with elite length, has me backing the Under on this combo player prop.

In the regular season loss at home to Michigan, Cluff scored just four points (his second-lowest point total of the season) while grabbing a season-low three rebounds. He did bounce back with a monstrous 21-point effort against Michigan in the Big Ten Tournament. But that was aided by a season-high 11 trips to the free throw line, and Arizona entered the Sweet 16 making 89 more free throws than its opponents attempted.

Jaden Bradley Over 0.5 3-pointers made (-110)

Of all the teams that made the Sweet 16, Arizona was the least reliant on 3-pointers and was most averse to 3-point shot attempts. The Wildcats rank in the bottom-three and bottom-six in 3-point attempt rate and percentage of points coming from 3-point range, respectively. But I expect Purdue will pack the paint out of fear of an Arizona offense that gets more than 40% of its shots at the rim.

Entering the Sweet 16, though Arizona attempted less than 20% of its shots from beyond the arc, it was making them at a respectable 36.7% clip (top-35).

Jaden Bradley doesn’t shoot them often, but he has made a 3-pointer in four consecutive games, while shooting 55.6% from beyond the arc in that span. He will also likely have the 6-foot-0 Braden Smith covering him, which means he won’t have to worry about elite length affecting his rhythm.

🚀 Purdue vs. Arizona same-game parlay

bet365 is usually my go-to top sports betting site for same-game parlays, specifically because it typically has the most wide array of player props. But as of this writing it didn't have any Arizona player props available, so I placed this same-game parlay at FanDuel. I only allotted 0.25 units to this parlay in case bet365 (or other sportsbooks) release more competitive numbers on my preferred plays.

💡 How I'm betting Purdue vs. Arizona props: March Madness strategy

Follow all of our college basketball analysis and expert predictions for March Madness.

While I acknowledged in my Purdue vs. Arizona prediction that I expect this to be a lower-scoring game after both teams are coming off brilliant offensive performances, I still think this is a game where Kharchenkov asserts himself, much like Texas' Tramon Mark did while scoring a game-high 29 points for the Longhorns.

With the Bradley 3-point wager, I am playing the percentages that he will drill at least one perimeter shot, even if there isn't a lot of volume. But given Arizona's reluctance to shoot threes, I wouldn't put anyone off backing the Unders on other Wildcats' 3-point props if the juice wasn't too steep.
