Wednesday’s college basketball slate is jam-packed as teams rush to make up games postponed by COVID-19. Eight of the country’s top 25 teams are in action, which makes for an entertaining night on the hardwood. It also provides us with tons of options for our college basketball parlay picks.

Our picks focus on a Big East favorite looking to atone for a loss, an SEC heavyweight in a lookahead spot, and two struggling Atlantic 10 teams.

Here are my top parlay picks for Wednesday's college basketball matchups (odds via DraftKings Sportsbook; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Top College Basketball Parlay Predictions

Villanova -4 (-110)

Marquette won at the Finneran Pavilion for the first time in school history in the previous meeting. Villanova hadn't lost in its on-campus arena since November 2018.

Now, Marquette sets out to accomplish another rare feat: sweeping Villanova in the regular season. Villanova head coach Jay Wright is 14-1 during the last eight seasons in games against conference teams he lost to in the prior meeting. There's no better evidence of his ability to make adjustments than this year’s rematch against Creighton. Villanova beat the Bluejays by 34 points after losing to them by 20 three weeks prior.

And though this will be played in front of a raucous Milwaukee crowd, Villanova is built to handle challenging road environments.

Villanova shot just 6-for-24 from 3-point range in the previous meeting. However, it also committed only 10 turnovers against Marquette’s pressure defense. That's a positive sign for the Wildcats entering this matchup.

I'm looking for Villanova to walk out with a statement road victory thanks to some positive regression from its 3-point shooting. This makes for a nice first leg of our college basketball parlay picks.

Vanderbilt-Kentucky Over 139.5 (-110)

Kentucky turned in its best defensive performance of the season on Saturday, holding Kansas to 40.7% shooting in Allen Fieldhouse. The Wildcats’ 18-point road win was their largest margin of victory on the road against a top-five opponent in school history, according to ESPN Stats & Info. Kentucky could have scored even more, but it took its foot off the gas after a 51-point first half.

The statement victory is even more impressive considering second-leading scorer TyTy Washington scored just two points in 32 minutes. He continues to work himself back from an ankle injury that forced him to miss one game.

Kentucky arguably has the highest ceiling offensively of any team in the country. However, I really like tonight’s Over because I don't expect a spirited defensive effort against an 11-9 Vanderbilt team, especially with a road game against Alabama looming.

Rhode Island -3 (-110)

Rhode Island and Fordham have lost a combined eight straight games, so one will end a disappointing losing streak Wednesday. However, I'm much more confident in Rhode Island’s outlook going forward, especially since Fordham hasn't found its identity since then-leading scorer Antonio Daye Jr. left the team. Fordham is 0-5 since Daye departed only one day after hitting the game-winning shot against Duquesne.

In Daye’s absence, senior Darius Quisenberry has picked up the scoring load, averaging 21.2 points in the last five games. Unfortunately, for Fordham, it lacks a second consistent scoring option, and Rhode Island’s menacing ball pressure will wear down Quisenberry.

Rhode Island is 9-5 against the spread as a favorite this year and covered in five of its seven road games. I like the Rams to end their three-game losing streak tonight for the final leg of our college basketball parlay picks.
