Given Oklahoma City's current form and the team's long-term goal of winning another championship this season, I doubt Williams would be playing tonight unless he felt close to 100% healthy, so I'm not too worried about a strict minutes restriction.

Williams was one of the league's most consistent scorers a year ago, only finishing with fewer than 14 points in seven of his 69 appearances. He has also gone Over this scoring total in four of his last five games versus the Suns, and he finished with 13 points in the lone exception.
