Best NBA Parlays Today: Picks, Predictions for Wednesday's Games

Will Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving be able to lead the Dallas Mavericks to a play-in tournament berth in the Western Conference? Jon Metler shares two of his favorite NBA same-game parlays for Wednesday's games using the latest NBA odds.

Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving are in the endgame now and the Dallas Mavericks need a win. The narrative is well known, but what does the math say about their player props for Wednesday's matchup with the Sacramento Kings?

NBA SGP predictions: Kings vs. Mavericks

Luka Doncic Over 32.5 points vs. Kings (-110 via DraftKings)

There was talk of Doncic and Irving being shut down for the season, but the point spread and early line movement from Mavericks -4.5 to Mavericks -6 suggest that both Dallas stars will play against the Sacramento Kings.

A total of 32.5 points is not low by any means, but based on the projections, it's not quite high enough. Doncic will score 34.7 points on Wednesday against the Kings according to our projections, which means we can price the Over 32.5 points at -135.

Kyrie Irving Over 25.5 points vs. Kings (-105 via DraftKings)

This is not the way Irving wants his Mavericks tenure to end, so I expect a show against a Kings team that is playing a back-to-back, and I question how much the Kings will actually push their players for a chance at the second seed, since the third seed is essentially locked in for them.

As Irving is projected to score 27.4 points against the Kings on Wednesday, the Over 25.5 points should be trading at -130 instead of -105. Based on our projections, this bet has a positive expected value of 10%.

Lakers vs. Clippers odds

NBA SGP predictions: Lakers vs. Clippers

Russell Westbrook 10+ rebounds vs. Clippers (+1100 via FanDuel)

Russell Westbrook's rebounding prop is by far the best leg of this parlay, even if there were no revenge implications. Because the Los Angeles Clippers guard hasn't been rebounding the ball at the clip we're used to with Westbrook, we're getting a very favorable price point on Wednesday.

Westbrook is projected to grab 5.9 rebounds against the Los Angeles Lakers, which means we can price this prop at +895. With a price of +895, I'm acknowledging there's a high likelihood that this bet will not earn a green checkmark, but look at the price we're able to buy it for, +1100!

The numbers indicate that we would profit from this bet if we placed it 100 times (+21% EV), and aside from the math, you just know Westbrook is going to give it his all against the Lakers.

Russell Westbrook 10+ assists vs. Clippers (+170 via FanDuel)

Not as exciting as the rebounding prop, but the assists prop still has a slight edge. It's clear what kind of game I expect from Westbrook on Wednesday, as he no doubt wants to be the reason the Lakers end up in the play-in tournament instead of the Clippers.

With Westbrook projected to drop 8.7 assists against the Lakers, the alternate total of 10-plus assists should trade at +165 rather than +170. Again, we're talking about the tiniest edge in pricing, but I think Westbrook will have us on triple-double watch, and if the math indicates I can bet on it, I'm definitely hitting the button.
