Kevin Durant Under 4.5 assists (-135)
Durant has taken on a point-forward role recently, dishing out a total of 17 assists over his last two games. However, both of those outings were in non-competitive games as a double-digit favorite. Durant will need to be selfish today to give Houston a better chance of winning.
Entering Monday's game against the Utah Jazz, he had recorded four or fewer assists in six of his previous seven. Don't overreact to his recent performances. BetMGM lists Durant Under 4.5 assists at -135, but I would consider playing this at the best sports betting sites down to Under 3.5 (+120).

Paolo Banchero Under 7.5 rebounds (-103)
Banchero has recorded 10-plus rebounds in two of his last three games - sounds pretty good, right? However, over a larger sample, he has grabbed seven or fewer rebounds in six of his 10 games in February.
While Banchero grabbed 10 rebounds in Tuesday's matchup against the Los Angeles Lakers (28th in the NBA with 50 rebounds per game), he now faces a Rockets team that is ranked first in the league in rebounds per game with 58.8. DraftKings offers Banchero Under 7.5 rebounds at -103, but I would still play this at the best NBA betting sites up to -115.

The Rockets are in a strong position to cover the short -2.5 number on the road against the Magic tonight. Houston has quietly been one of the more reliable teams against the spread away from home, consistently playing with defensive intensity and balanced scoring that travels well.
Meanwhile, Orlando has struggled to reward bettors at home, posting a poor against-the-spread record in its own building. The Magic often fail to generate consistent half-court offense late in games, which is critical in tight spreads. With Houston’s road consistency and Orlando’s home ATS issues, the Rockets are the sharper side.
