Luka Doncic will make his much-anticipated return when the Los Angeles Lakers (48-31) face the Dallas Mavericks (38-41) tonight. Tipoff from American Airlines Center in Dallas is at 7:30 p.m. ET (ESPN).

What is overlooked in this being Doncic’s revenge tour is that tonight also marks Anthony Davis’ first matchup against his former team. Davis has a reputation for raising his performance in big games, and the Lakers lack the rim protector to stop him.
