The Milwaukee Bucks and Boston Celtics face off in a potential Eastern Conference title preview on Thursday, and our Celtics vs. Bucks NBA player props based on the best NBA odds expect a tough night for a former MVP winner in this matchup.

After getting clobbered by the Utah Jazz on Monday, the Milwaukee Bucks will look to reset against the visiting Boston Celtics in a potential conference finals preview on Thursday as part of a five-game NBA slate.

The Bucks need to right the ship after losing two straight and four of their last five, but the first-place Celtics offer a tough challenge. Boston holds the East’s top seed with a 29-8 record, and the surging Celtics are 8-2 over their last 10.

Over the last five regular seasons, these teams have met 14 times, and seven of those games were decided by six points or less. The Bucks are 0-6 in Boston and 6-2 in Milwaukee in that span, pointing to a clear advantage for the home team in this series.

After a grueling OT win over Minnesota on Wednesday, can the Celtics stand strong and secure back-to-back victories over two of the NBA’s best, or will Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard prove to be too much at Fiserv Forum?

To accompany Shane Jackson's Suns vs. Lakers player props, here are our best Celtics vs. Bucks NBA player props and NBA picks (odds via our best NBA betting sites; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Celtics vs. Bucks NBA player props

Giannis Antetokounmpo Under 52.5 points + rebounds + assists (+100 via DraftKings) ⭐⭐⭐

Taking the Under with a player of Giannis’ caliber is always dangerous, but the numbers back it up for tonight’s matchup with Boston. Milwaukee’s superstar has topped 52.5 PRAs in five of his last 10 games overall, but he’s hit that mark in just a third of his 36 games this season.

Giannis has faced Boston seven times over the last three seasons, but he’s averaged just 42.6 PRAs and hit this mark only once in that span. On the season, Giannis averages 48.1 PRAs at home, but getting to 53 is a tough ask for any player, no matter how talented.

The Celtics allow the third-fewest points to opponents this season, and Boston is middle-of-the-pack in rebounds allowed. This has been a fierce rivalry in recent seasons, and Boston has played Giannis tough. We’ll take the Under for even money at DraftKings.

Jaylen Brown Over 24.5 points (-120 via FanDuel) ⭐⭐⭐

Brown has been red-hot of late, scoring at least 30 points in three straight games. While he’s been lighting it up over the last week, his big-time scoring isn’t a recent trend. Over his last 12, Brown has averaged 26.6 points and scored at least 25 points in seven of those games. He’s also hit the mark in four of his last eight on the road.

The Bucks allow the seventh-most points to opponents, and Milwaukee offers a friendly matchup. Over the last three seasons, Brown has faced Milwaukee six times, averaging 25.2 points and scoring at least 25 points four times. That includes a 26-point performance against Milwaukee when the teams met on Nov. 22.

Brown is averaging a four-year low in points (23.5) this season, but based on his recent play, this line is set too low. We’ll take the Over.

Malik Beasley Over 2.5 3-pointers (+114 via DraftKings) ⭐⭐⭐

The sharp-shooting Beasley drained five triples Monday against the Jazz, and he’s in a great position to stay hot from beyond the arc tonight against a Celtics team that allows the eighth-most threes overall (13.8) and sixth-most on the road (14.4) this season.

Over his last seven games overall, Beasley has hit at least three triples four times and averaged 3.4 in that span. Beasley averages more 3-point makes on the road than at home this season, but he’s knocked down 29 3-pointers over his last nine home games.

Beasley takes most of his shots from long range, as 6.2 of his 8.5 field-goal attempts have come from beyond the arc this season. He’s hit at least three triples in over half of his games, cashing this prop in 18 of 35 contests. We’ll take the Over for plus money in a favorable spot.
