We start with a bit of a scary one as we fade one of the NBA's leading scorers. Mitchell ranks 17th in the league with 24.2 points per game, though he's not expected to have a big night on Tuesday against the Orlando Magic.

Mitchell is projected to score only 22.4 points tonight, well below his total at our best sports betting sites. Based on that number, we're getting nearly 28% positive expected value on this bet.

In simpler terms, the break-even price on Under 25.5 points based on that projection is -212. Therefore, you could also play this at Caesars (-121), FanDuel (-128), or BetMGM (-135).

This will likely move to 24.5 before the odds get especially short, so if you're looking to bet Under 24.5 later in the day, I wouldn't play it at anything shorter than -130.

I'm not sure I've been burned by any prop more this season than Murphy's assists Under, but that won't stop me from betting it again when we're getting this kind of value.

I don't know what's gotten into Murphy during February, but he's averaging 6.4 assists per game this month after topping out at 3.8 in any previous month. So, either the leading projection models haven't adjusted yet or Murphy is bound to slow down in that department. I'll side with the latter.

Murphy is projected to record only four assists against the San Antonio Spurs tonight, two full dimes below the six he'd need to clear this total.

Now, this one is moving quickly, as one of our best sports betting apps already has it listed at 4.5. So I'm going to prepare you for that movement now and say I would play Under 4.5 to around -125 before I leave this one completely.

For its part, FanDuel has Under 4.5 at +104. In terms of the 5.5, you can play that at any point, since the break-even price is -335.

Edey isn't making quite the impact the Memphis Grizzlies hoped for when they drafted the Canadian ninth overall in this past draft.

He is one of the mid-tier contenders by the NBA Rookie of the Year odds and has failed to score more than six points in any of his last five games. However, I'm confident he'll bounce back tonight against the Phoenix Suns.

Edey is projected for just a hair under nine points for Tuesday's game, but the real value comes via this low total.

The rest of our best sportsbooks list Edey's points total at 7.5, with some already trading in the -120 range. Therefore, you'll want to act quickly to get this number.

At the 7.5, I probably wouldn't play this Over beyond -110, so this unfortunately could be one that's cooked before dinner time.

I know, you were hoping for something involving Doncic, LeBron James, or Kyrie Irving. Don't worry, those are coming later today.

But if you want to get in on this highly anticipated showdown early, this is my favorite bet this morning. Finney-Smith has struggled somewhat since joining the Lakers, but it's important to remember he was averaging 12.9 points per 36 minutes with the Brooklyn Nets.

Finney-Smith is expected to bounce back from a brutal effort against the Denver Nuggets, during which he scored only three points. Before that game, though, he managed double digits in the two prior contests.

His projection isn't that high on Tuesday, but it is 8.7.

Based on that number, Over 5.5 points should be trading in the neighborhood of -280. And yet we're getting -115 odds via bet365.
