💰 Best NBA player prop today: Nikola Jokic (Nuggets) Over 18.5 rebounds + assists (-120)
Check out all of our NBA analysis and expert predictions this season.
Nikola Jokic has looked mortal in his first two games back from injury, failing to clear this mark in both matchups. However, Jokic is averaging 12 rebounds and 10.7 assists per game this season, clearing this prop in 27 of his first 32 contests.
Basically, it’s only a matter of time before the buy-low window on Jokic passes. Considering this combo line closed at 19.5 against the Oklahoma City Thunder last time out, I believe bettors are getting a discount if Jokic can play 30-plus minutes on Tuesday.
🔥 More NBA player prop picks
LeBron James (Lakers) Under 33.5 points + rebounds + assists (-122)
Austin Reaves might make his return from injury in tonight’s matchup against the Brooklyn Nets, which would bump LeBron James down to the third option for the Los Angeles Lakers. James is averaging 17.3 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 7.2 assists in 10 games with Reaves, failing to clear this combo line seven times.
Even without Reaves, James hasn’t cleared this PRA line in five consecutive games. This road trip is starting to take a toll on the 41-year-old legend. I’d be surprised if he gets up for a matchup against the Nets two nights after a trip to Madison Square Garden.
Ryan Rollins (Bucks) Over 27.5 points + assists (-118)
Ryan Rollins has made the most of his chances as the offensive engine this season for the Milwaukee Bucks. In the nine games without Giannis Antetokounmpo and Kevin Porter Jr., Rollins has averaged 23.9 points and 7.3 assists to clear this combo line six times.
Rollins averages 9.1 more points and 2.3 assists without both players, increasing his usage rating to 27.2%. That bodes well in a soft matchup against the Chicago Bulls, who rank 27th in assists allowed and have struggled to slow down opposing guards this year.
This combo line is 28.5 at most shops, making BetMGM’s offering a bargain.
Gui Santos (Warriors) Over 7.5 points (-125)
Golden State Warriors forward Gui Santos has been a pleasant surprise ahead of the trade deadline, making Jonathan Kuminga even more expendable. Santos has scored 11-plus points in three straight games, averaging 14.3 points during that stretch.
Santos has carved out a role during this recent stretch without Stephen Curry, Jimmy Butler, and Kuminga. He’s averaging 23.5 minutes and 8.8 field goal attempts per contest over the past four outings.
I’m guessing Steve Kerr will ride the hot hand, and so will I.
