While the Las Vegas Aces (2-2) lost their last time out, they've had four days of R&R ahead of their matchup against the Los Angeles Sparks (2-4) tonight at 10 p.m. ET (WNBA League Pass) from Michelob ULTRA Arena in Las Vegas.

I think you can wait for a better number, but I’d be willing to take the Sparks at +9 or better.

The market has supported the Aces in all four of their games, with the line moving in their favor. Now they have home-court advantage and four days of rest following their 20-point loss to the Seattle Storm on Sunday.

However, I project a full possession of value in the spread at its current number. The Sparks have played the Aces tough of late, covering the spread in five straight head-to-head meetings with three outright victories.

And that was a Los Angeles team that wasn’t good against a Las Vegas squad with championship aspirations. The Sparks now have playoff hopes of their own after trading for Kelsey Plum (former Aces guard) to be their star player.
