Aces vs. Fever Prediction for Game 4: WNBA Playoffs Odds & Expert Picks

The Las Vegas Aces can advance to the WNBA Finals with a win during Game 4 against the Indiana Fever at 3 p.m. ET on Sunday from Gainbridge Fieldhouse on ABC. That’s what I’m counting on in my Aces vs. Fever prediction.

Coming off their 84-72 win during Friday’s Game 3, the Aces are 4.5-point favorites to defeat the Fever. I’m willing to lay the points as part of Sunday’s WNBA picks ahead of what should be another fun hoops doubleheader.

After backing the Aces’ spread in Game 3, I see no reason not to go return to that market in what could be the final contest of the series.

The Fever executed their game plan to perfection in Game 3. They held the Aces to four 3-pointers while shooting more free-throw attempts than them for the first time in the series. They kept A’ja Wilson in check too, as the four-time MVP finished with 13 points on 20 shots.

And yet Las Vegas still notched a 12-point victory and is one win away from a fourth trip to the WNBA Finals in six years.

It’s admirable what Indiana has accomplished this season given all its injuries. But the Aces have proven to be too much, which is why they've won the last two games by a combined 34 points. 

I’ll comfortably lay the -4.5, especially at this -108 price through FanDuel to net $9.26 on a $10 bet.

I could have just republished my Game 3 preview, as we're running back this player prop in Game 4. This Over has dropped from -158 to -135 for some reason after Las Vegas guard Chelsea Gray finished with six assists on Friday.

Alright, I know the reason. The total has dropped 4.5 points. However, Gray is averaging 7.2 assists per game this postseason while clearing this mark in five of her six outings. She’s averaging nearly seven dimes per game in the playoffs since 2021.
