There is plenty of value to be had on the World Series home run leader odds, and I'll be dropping my best value plays before first pitch tonight between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Toronto Blue Jays from the Rogers Centre at 8 p.m. ET.

⚾ World Series home run leader predictions
Shohei Ohtani (+260)
One of my favorite World Series predictions is for Ohtani to lead the World Series in homers.
As the leadoff man for the Dodgers, he'll be getting a ton of opportunities for this wager to cash. As I discussed in my Shohei Ohtani player props for Game 1, Ohtani eats against right-handers, and the Blue Jays only employ righties in their rotation. While he owns a modest .220 batting average this postseason, he's on a three-game hitting streak coming into the World Series, highlighted by a 3-for-3, three-home-run performance in Game 4 of the NLCS against the Milwaukee Brewers.
Ohtani also recorded seven hits and two home runs across three games against the Blue Jays earlier this season - why not him to lead the World Series in home runs?
Head to DraftKings for this, as the +260 betting odds (27.8% implied probability) will net you $26 on a $10 wager.
George Springer (+600)
Who else but Springer? I would be doing you a disservice if I didn't include No. 4 in this. For one, Springer just knows how to show up in big games.
And two? He almost can't be stopped at this time of the season. In 14 World Series games with the Houston Astros, Springer batted .339 with 19 hits, seven home runs, and 11 RBI, culminating in a World Series MVP in 2017.
Don’t be surprised if Springer quickly climbs the World Series MVP odds over the first two games.
The +600 betting odds imply a 14.3% chance this wager will cash, and a $10 bet will net you $60 in profits.
Freddie Freeman to lead World Series in HRs (+2000)
Another former World Series MVP, Freeman at +2000 betting odds is undoubtedly the best bet on the board.
Freeman simply shows up on the big stage, winning last year's World Series MVP. In 11 World Series games in his career, Freeman is slashing .310/.362/.810, and has hit safely in every game. Yes, every single game. He's a righty killer, too - 16 of his 24 homers this year came against right-handers. We already know the Jays' rotation is made up entirely of righties. The math is adding up on this one.
But why do I love this bet so much? He's homered in six of his last seven World Series games. This is a no-brainer flier to take at these odds.
