The New York Yankees finally returned to form last night against the Los Angeles Angels while winning 7-3, halting a six-game losing streak that included being shut out in three consecutive contests. Our Orioles vs Yankees predictions see much of the same happening tonight.

The divisional contest begins at 7:05 p.m. ET from Yankee Stadium (MLB Network), and our best MLB odds are showing the Yankees entering as -275 moneyline favorites.

My Orioles vs Yankees best bet: Max Fried Under 6.5 strikeouts (+110 via DraftKings)

Yes, the Baltimore Orioles are unexpectedly emitting a wretched odor this season, and specifically whenever they're trying to do the rather important thing of hitting the baseball with the bat. An offense still filled with talent ranks 23rd, and Baltimore is tied for the sixth-most strikeouts leaguewide.

However, Yankees ace Max Fried largely isn't achieving his brilliance through strikeouts. Instead, he's relying on an 87th percentile ground ball rate en route to a shining 1.89 ERA. Though he doesn't lack in the strikeout department, he's often not an artist in that regard either, with his 8.5 K/9 this season, which sits just a tick above the current MLB average of 8.5. He is getting the job done though, and our Dustin Saracini has made this game one of his best NRFI bets today.

His low strikeout totals are surely factoring into projections that put him at 5.23 punchouts today, far below this lofty total. So scurry to DraftKings, which is posting a much more appealing price at -110 for this Under compared to the -125 at Caesars and -135 through BetMGM.

This wager is playable to roughly -125, but be wary if our best MLB betting sites drop his strikeout total to 5.5.
