My best home run predictions today feature four hitters expected to go deep in Monday night's pair of NLDS Game 2 matchups.

Toronto Blue Jays designated hitter George Springer's homer helped us cash a +550 play yesterday, and I'm looking to ride that momentum with my MLB picks, including sluggers from three of the four teams in action tonight.

Backing William Contreras, Sal Frelick, Teoscar Hernandez, and J.T. Realmuto, a four-leg $10 parlay could yield more than $27,000 in winnings.

Contreras is my top betting target for Monday night and is also featured in my best MLB player props today.

⚾ Teoscar Hernandez (Dodgers) to hit a home run ⭐⭐⭐

Home Run Predictions Today: Best Postseason MLB Odds, Picks & Prop Bets for Oct. 6

In Saturday’s Game 1 win, Hernandez’s three-run home run capped a comeback from a 3-0 deficit to complete the Dodgers’ MLB-leading 50th come-from-behind win of the season.

Hernandez has three home runs and nine RBI this postseason. The nine RBI are the third-most through the first three games of a postseason and the most by a Dodger in franchise history. He now sits in a tie for sixth-most in franchise postseason history with Will Smith.

Hernandez is 3-for-8 in his career off Phillies southpaw Jesus Luzardo.

Luzardo allowed two home runs (to Shohei Ohtani and Freddie Freeman) in his penultimate start of the regular season, and he surrendered at least one belter in each of his final three regular-season starts against playoff-bound teams.

The southpaw has allowed four home runs in 14 2/3 postseason innings. And while Ohtani is the only player with multiple career home runs against him, Hernandez’s +431 odds, carrying a 28.17% implied probability, offer better value than Ohtani’s short +255 odds.

If Hernandez homers for a second straight game, my $10 wager would net $43.10 in profits.

Our Shane Jackson also likes Hernandez to go Over 1.5 hits, runs, and RBI in his Dodgers vs. Phillies prediction.
