The Yankees are a solid 11-3 after a day off, but that rest is mitigated by having to play 18 innings today. And they have definitely felt the absence of three-time AL MVP Aaron Judge, going just 4-9 in home games since June 8.
I’m not jumping off the Dodgers bandwagon just because they’re deploying a bullpen game, since their 3.66 xERA among relievers is the sixth-best in the league. Los Angeles’ bullpen also has thrown the second-fewest innings and they have the third-best strikeout per nine innings rate (9.56), so it should handle New York’s struggling offense.

Max Muncy homered and was responsible for the Dodgers’ only two runs in Friday’s series-opening win. He now has 629 RBI, which is the seventh-most by a Dodgers player since the team’s relocation from Brooklyn in 1958. If he homers again today, he would tie Pedro Guerrero for the sixth-most career home runs on the road in franchise history with 99.
As of this writing, we’re speculating that the Dodgers and Muncy will be facing Elmer Rodriguez, who has a higher walk rate than strikeout rate. That is likely why Rodriguez is pegged for regression, as his 5.88 xERA is over a run worse than his actual 4.76 ERA.
Muncy has driven in a run in just two of his last six games, but is a great value play to be a focal point of the offense again.

Ohtani ranks in the top 10 of the majors with 22 home runs, and he has hit four since July 6. That power surge has seen him slash .300/.364/.733 over the last 15 days, and brought his OPS against right-handed pitchers to .944.
Rodriguez ranks in the 50th percentile in ground ball rate and is better than league average in hard contact allowed, but I don’t expect his .185 OBA against left-handed hitters to remain that elite for long.

As soon as New York announced Cam Schlittler was pitching in the first game of today's doubleheader, I immediately wanted to back Los Angeles knowing that the Yankees couldn't come anywhere close to matching the righty's talent in the second game. The fact that the team suggested it could start Elmer Rodriguez over yesterday's scheduled starter, Ryan Weathers, meant that the line was likely going to move even more in the Dodgers' favor.
I wouldn't put anyone off waiting for more clarification on the pitching matchups before investing in player prop wagers.
